けて乾燥するようにしたものが知られている。 As described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 18064/1983, as a fabric drying device used after impregnating fabric with a dye liquid or other treatment liquid or washing the fabric in dyeing and other processing steps of fabric, A large number of guide rollers are arranged vertically in two rows in the front and back in a box-shaped drying chamber, and hot air circulation ducts are installed on the left and right between the front and rear guide roller rows, and the opposing parts of the main ducts on the left and right are installed. A blowing duct for blowing hot air in the vertical direction is branched into multiple stages in the width direction, and the fabric introduced from above is guided downward while being reciprocated back and forth by the guide roller, and from the blowing duct. It is known that the fabric is dried by blowing circulating hot air on both the upper and lower surfaces thereof.

た。 However, the conventional fabric drying device described above is
Because the hot air circulation fan, fan casing, fan motor, etc. were fixed to the upper end of the main duct, the height of the drying room was high, and the ceiling board of the drying room was integrally fixed to the upper end of the side wall. Therefore, when it becomes necessary to increase the drying capacity, it is not possible to extend the main duct upward and install additional blow-off ducts and guide rollers, which requires replacing the entire drying device, which is uneconomical. In addition, when installing a large machine, it is necessary to assemble the upper blow duct and guide rollers at a high place, which is dangerous.

である。 In other words, this idea involves arranging a large number of guide rollers vertically in two rows, front and rear, in a box-shaped drying chamber, and installing main ducts for circulating hot air between the front and rear rows of guide rollers. In a fabric drying device in which a blowing duct for blowing hot air vertically to the opposite side of the main duct is branched in the width direction and into multiple stages, the ceiling plate of the drying room is placed above the guide roller of the topmost stage. The ceiling plate and the side wall of the drying chamber are arranged close to each other, and the ceiling plate and the side wall of the drying chamber are formed to be detachable from each other.
The fabric drying apparatus is characterized in that a hot air circulation fan is attached to the vertical center of the main duct.

The fabric A introduced from the entrance 1c bored near the upper end of the side wall 1b (on the left side of the figure) is guided downward while reciprocating back and forth by the guide roller 2, and is guided downward to the vicinity of the lower end of the rear side wall 1b. It is designed to be led out from an outlet 1d provided in the. Main ducts 3 for hot air circulation,
3 are installed vertically facing each other on the left and right sides. On the opposing surfaces of the left and right main ducts 3, 3, a blow-off duct 4 that is long in the width direction is branched in multiple stages and alternately on the left and right, and on the upper and lower surfaces of the blow-off duct 4, slits 4a for blowing out hot air are provided with a cloth width. drilled in the direction. however,
A slit 4a is formed only in the lower surface of the uppermost blowing duct 4, and a slit 4a is formed only in the upper surface of the lowermost blowing duct 4. A fan casing 5 is attached to the outer surface of the main duct 3 at the center in the vertical direction, and a fan motor 7 and a motor cover 8 are installed in the drying chamber 1 so that a hot air circulation fan 6 is located inside the fan casing 5. It is fixed to the left and right side walls 1b, 1b. On the other hand, partition plates 9, 9 are provided in series at the front and rear of the main duct 3, and these partition plates 9, 9 partition the interior of the drying chamber 1 into three chambers, one at the center in the width direction, and one on the left and right. A heater 10 for heating circulating hot air is fixed to the left and right partition plates 9, respectively, and a filter 10a is attached to the inner surface of the heater 10. In addition,
The ceiling plate 1a is lower than before by the height of the hot air circulation fan fixed to the top of the conventional main duct 3, and is provided at a position close to the top guide roller 2. An exhaust duct (not shown) is connected in the conventional manner.

る。 In the above structure, the fabric A introduced from the inlet 1c is guided by the guide roller 2 and descends in a staggered manner from the top to the bottom in the center of the drying chamber 1, and reaches the exit 1c.
d, and is dried in the same manner as in the conventional method by hot air blown out from the slit 4a during that time. On the other hand, the hot air blown from the slit 4a
The hot air flows forward or backward, passes outward through the heater 10 as shown by the arrow P in FIG. be done. In order to increase the drying capacity, an intermediate drying chamber 11 prepared in advance is interposed between the ceiling plate 1a and the side wall 1b of the drying chamber 1, as shown in FIG. This intermediate drying chamber 11 is the drying chamber 1 mentioned above.
It is a rectangular cylindrical thing that consists only of a side wall 11a similar to the side wall 1b of , and has no ceiling plate and bottom plate,
It is formed between the above-mentioned side wall 1b and the ceiling plate 1a so that it can be attached and detached, and inside thereof, in almost the same way as in the above-mentioned drying chamber 1, a guide roller 2,
Main duct 3, blowout duct 4, fan casing 5, hot air circulation fan 6, fan motor 7,
A motor cover 8, a partition plate 9, a heater 10, and a filter 10a are provided, and an inlet 11b is bored near the upper end of the front side wall 11a. Therefore, it is sufficient to prepare the intermediate drying chamber 11 in which the guide rollers 2 and the like are attached in advance, and simply connect this intermediate drying chamber 11 onto the side wall 1b of the conventional drying chamber 1, which eliminates assembly at high places. Almost no work required. Note that the inlet 1c provided in the lower side wall 1b is closed by appropriate means.

The intermediate drying chambers 11 can be stacked in two or more stages as necessary.

In addition, the ceiling plate of the drying chamber is made removable, which reduces the height of the drying chamber. By preparing the drying capacity in advance, it is possible to easily increase the drying capacity as needed, and even in the case of a new installation, it is only necessary to stack the drying capacity in multiple tiers, so there is almost no need for assembly work at high places, and there is no need for installation. Time is significantly reduced.
