Claims (1)
- 固定ホルダ、光学部品を支持し上記固定ホルダ
に所定方向に移動可能に嵌挿された円筒状の可動
ホルダ、この可動ホルダに設けられ上記所定方向
に延びるガイド、上記固定ホルダに螺合され上記
ガイドに係合すると共に上記可動ホルダを押圧し
てこれを固定し得る固定ネジを備え、上記固定ネ
ジによる上記可動ホルダの押圧を解くことにより
、上記可動ホルダを上記ガイドと上記固定ネジの
係合を保つたまま上記所定方向へ移動可能とした
事を特徴とする光学部品位置決め装置。
