Claims (1)
- 転写材上に形成されたトナー像を定着するため
に加熱定着ローラとの間に前記転写材を挾持搬送
するための複数の支持ローラに掛けられた無端ベ
ルトを有する定着装置において、前記無端ベルト
をその両縁部が前記支持ローラの両端より軸線方
向外方に突出するように前記支持ローラに比して
幅広に設け、前記支持ローラの少なくとも一つの
ローラの端部外方に前記無端ベルトの縁部と接触
可能な面を有し且つ該ローラと同心に回転自在な
フランジ部材を設けたことを特徴とする定着装置
。
