- 基板表面のエツチングに基づき、配線と、素子
用導体接続部を形成し、上記素子用導体接続部を
除き半田マスクを施し、上記素子用導体接続部の
ほぼ中心に素子用導体の貫通孔を形成した構成に
おいて、上記配線の素子用導体接続部に連なる部
分における幅を大としたことを特徴とするプリン
ト板。
