Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は直接光を遮蔽するためのランプの前に
支持されるレフレクタに固定したキヤツプを有す
る、レフレクタおよびハロゲン白熱ランプからな
るレフレクタランプに関する。このようなレフレ
クタランプはたとえば投光照明および効果照明に
使用される。
通常キヤツプはキヤツプに付加された狭いウエ
ブによつて支持され、このウエブはランプ軸に対
し比較的小さい鋭角をもつて下向きに拡がる。ウ
エブ端部はレフレクタ頂点近くでレフレクタの孔
を貫通し、レフレクタと係合する。ランプはバヨ
ネツトソケツトを備えることもできる。
ランプ交換のためウエブまたはキヤツプを掴ま
なければならない。それによつて細いウエブが歪
み、キヤツプのランプに対する不所望な相対位置
の変化が生ずる。レフレクタランプの光学的特性
はそのため不利に影響される。
本考案の目的はランプ交換のため細いウエブま
たはキヤツプを掴む必要のない前記形式のレフレ
クタランプを得ることである。
この目的は本考案により実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の特徴によつて解決される。
次に本考案を実施例の図面により説明する。
前記方式のレフレクタランプ（第１図）は金属
レフレクタ５およびハロゲン白熱ランプ４を有
し、ランプはレフレクタとともに固定的構造ユニ
ツトを形成する。直接光遮蔽のためハロゲン白熱
ランプ４の前に黒色仕上した金属からなるキヤツ
プ６が支持される。キヤツプはランプの前端部を
包囲する。キヤツプ６はキヤツプに付加した狭い
ウエブ７によつて支持され、このウエブはランプ
軸と鋭角を形成して下向きに拡がり、レフレクタ
頂点近くでレフレクタの孔を貫通し、レフレクタ
５と係合する。
本考案によれば以下６′で示すキヤツプはウエ
ブ７を備えず、黒色仕上した金属からなる平部材
８によつて支持される（第２図）。この平部材は
広幅に形成され、ブリツジアーチ状にレフレクタ
の面から面へわたつてレフレクタ開口近くに固定
される。平部材８（第３，４，５図）はタブ１０
を備え、このタブはレフレクタの孔１３を貫通
し、捩れによつてレフレクタ５と係合する。平部
材は球欠状キヤツプ６′に適合するように中心が
切欠かれ、角隅部９および舌１２を備える。キヤ
ツプ６′はスリツト１１，１１′を有する（第６
図）。角隅部９および舌１２はスリツトに嵌まり、
角隅部９は捩れを固定するために役立ち、舌１２
は捩れによつてキヤツプ６′と係合する。ランプ
交換のためキヤツプの両側で平部材８を掴まなけ
ればならない。キヤツプ自体のハロゲン白熱ラン
プに対する相対位置はその際不変に留まる。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 直接光を遮蔽するため、ハロゲン白熱ランプ
    の前にレフレクタに固定したキヤツプが支持さ
    れている、レフレクタおよびハロゲン白熱ラン
    プからなるレフレクタランプにおいて、キヤツ
    プ６′が平部材８によつて固定され、この平部
    材がブリツジアーチ状にレフレクタの面から面
    へわたつてレフレクタ５の開口近くに固定され
    ていることを特徴とするレフレクタランプ。 ２ 平部材８がレフレクタの孔１３を貫通するタ
    ブ１０を有し、捩れによつてレフレクタと係合
    し、さらに平部材がキヤツプ６′のスリツト１
    １に嵌まる角隅９および舌１２を有し、舌１２
    が捩れによつてキヤツプ６と係合する実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレフレクタラン
    プ。 ３ 平部材８が黒色仕上した金属からなる実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載のレ
    フレクタランプ。
