Claims (1)

材一体発泡体の発泡成形型において、前記上型に
弁体を備えた注入口が形成され、該弁体が発泡成
形型のキヤビテイ内に移動し得るようになされて
いると共に、上型に設けられたスプリング材によ
り通常時注入口を閉じる方向に付勢され、前記弁
体の上部に上方に突出する押圧杆が設けられ、該
押圧杆が前記スプリング材に連結され、前記押圧
杆を下方に押圧する事により、前記スプリング材
の付勢に逆らつて前記弁体をキヤビテイ内に移動
させ、発泡成形機の注入ヘツドより注入される発
泡合成樹脂の原液を前記発泡成形型のキヤビテイ
内に移動した弁体で受けるようになされている事
