Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、新しいビール　オフ　タイプの化粧用パック
の製造法に関する。
従来の化粧用パックは、パック剤を、塗布し乾燥後生成
した被膜は剥離する、ビール　オフ　タイプのものが主
流をなしているが、このものは、ゼリー状やペースト状
のパック剤を、塗布する手間を要していたのである。
本発明者等は、塗布などの手間を要することなく貼るだ
けで簡単に使用できるビール　オフ　タイプの化粧用パ
ックについて工夫した結果、本発明の薄膜形態の化粧用
パックの製造法を開発した。
本発明は、コンニャクゲルとカラギーナンと加水分解ゼ
ラチンとから成る薄膜形成基材に、化粧用パック用材料
を加え、均質に攪拌しつつ加熱処理した後、薄型容器に
流込み、冷却固化し、次いで乾燥処理してから圧延する
ことを特徴とする薄膜形態の化粧用パックとその製造法
である。
本発明での、コンニャクゲルとは、コンニャク粉に、約
３０倍の水を加えて得たコンニャク粉水膨潤物を意味し
、加水分解ゼラチンとは、蛋白分解酵素約０．０５部を
、約７０部の水に添加した液に、乾燥粉末ゼラチン３０
部を徐々に加え、激しく攪拌し、暫時後、弱火で４５℃
以上にならないように加熱処理した後、失活処理し、冷
却して得た液または乾燥した粉末を意味する。なお、上
記、加熱処理は、４０℃で４〜１２時間程度焦げないよ
うに加熱処理するのが好ましい。
薄膜形成基材の加熱処理の温度は８（Ｉｃ以上程度が好
ましく、また上記基材に混和する化粧用パック用材を加
えて加熱するとき、香料のような揮介物は加熱処理後に
添加し攪拌混和するのが好ましい。なお、本発明での薄
膜形態とは、フィルム。
シート、またはカードのような、０．３〜３ｍｍ程度の
厚さのものを意味し、また乾燥処理においては、水分含
有量２０部程度以下に乾燥するのが好ましい。
実施例 コンニャクゲル５０部、カラギーナン４部、加水分解ゼ
ラチン５０部、水１５０部、エチルアルコール２０部、
ポリビニールアルコール１０部を混和し攪拌して、これ
にグリセリン１５部、ヂプロピレングリコール１５部を
加え攪拌しつつ加熱処理した後、これに香料を加え、深
さ２５ｍｍ、巾３０ｃｍ、長さ４０ｃｍの薄型容器に流
し込み放置固化した後、乾燥し、圧延して、９．３ｍｍ
厚のフィルムを得、これを適宜の大きさに切断して薄膜
形態の顔面用バックを得た。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. コンニャクゲル、カラギーナンと加水分解ゼラチンから
    なる薄膜形成基材に、化粧用パック材料を混和し、加熱
    処理して、これを薄型容器に流込み、固化後、乾燥し、
    圧延処理することを特徴とする薄膜形態の化粧用パック
    の製造法。
