電流に対応させて制御するための電空ポジシヨナ
において、入力電流に対応してフラツパーを駆動
する駆動手段と、前記フラツパーの一端に対向し
て設けられノズルフラツパー機構を構成するノズ
ルと、該ノズルの背圧を増幅するコントロールリ
レーと、該コントロールリレーの出力空気圧が入
力されるコントロールバルブと、該コントロール
バルブの変位の信号を前記駆動手段の入力側にフ
イードバツクするフイードバツク手段と、前記コ
ントロールリレーの排気弁に一端が接続され他端
が前記フラツパーの一端に対向して配置されたレ
バーと、該レバーと前記フラツパーの対向する部
分の少くとも一方に設けられ該レバーとフラツパ
ーの対向する部分を反発あるいは吸引する磁気的
手段とを具備したことを特徴とする電空ポジシヨ
