The drawback was that it required a lot of man-hours. Furthermore, the terminals of the reed switch and the terminal board are often connected by soldering, which has the disadvantage of poor workability during assembly.

Connecting the wiring connection piece and reed switch connection piece is possible by simply attaching the terminal board to the housing and press-fitting the wiring lead wire with insulation coating into the slit in the wiring connection piece. Furthermore, the reed switch terminal is characterized by having a structure in which the reed switch terminal can be brought into pressure contact with the reed switch connection piece by mounting the terminal plate on the housing. A detailed description will be given below with reference to the drawings.

In the figure, 1 is a housing, 2 is a housing bottom plate, and 3 is a pressing block, which are molded, for example, from thermoplastic plastic or the like. As shown in FIG. 5, the housing 1 includes a reed switch storage chamber 1a in which the reed switch 4 is housed, a deep groove 1b into which a reed switch connection piece 5b of a connection terminal board 5 (described later) is inserted, and a wiring connection piece 5a. A wiring connection piece chamber 1c in which the terminal board 5 is accommodated, a shallow terminal board groove 1d having a depth corresponding to the thickness of the connection terminal board 5, a wiring lead wire insertion hole 1e, and a mounting hole 1f are formed. As shown in FIG. 6, the bottom plate 2 has a guide block 2a that fits into the reed switch storage chamber 1a.
and a mounting hole 2b are formed, and the press block 3 is formed with a wiring connection piece chamber 3a in which the wiring connection piece 5a is accommodated, and a pressing convex portion 3b that comes into contact with and presses the wiring lead wire. As shown in FIG. 7, the bottom plate 2 and the pressing block 3 are integrally formed so that they can be repeatedly bent by 90 degrees at the V-groove 3', but they may be provided separately. Further, it is preferable that the dimensions are such that the guide block 2a and the pressing block 3 fit relatively tightly into the reed switch storage chamber 1a and the wiring connection piece chamber 1c, respectively.

This may be formed symmetrically so that 5 and 5' are the same. As shown in FIG. 4, this terminal board 5 has a wiring connection piece 5a and a reed switch connection piece 5b integrally formed, and the wiring connection piece 5a is formed in a U-shape, with slits on both sides of the wiring connection piece 5a. 5c is provided. The width of this slit 5c is slightly narrower than the diameter of the core wire 6a of the wiring lead wire 6, and its tip is tapered and widened so that the wiring lead wire 6 can be easily received. It is preferable to form it into a slightly knife-edge shape so that it can easily penetrate into the insulation coating of the wire 6 and break through it. Further, the reed switch connecting piece 5b is also provided with a slit 5d.
The width d is formed to be slightly narrower than the diameter of the terminal 4a of the reed switch 4 so as to ensure continuity when the terminal 4a is press-fitted. In addition, the protrusion 5e
5f is a protrusion for preventing the pressing block from coming off and opening, and protrusion 5f is a protrusion for preventing the connecting terminal board from falling off.

により容易に行える。 Next, an explanation will be given of the assembly work of this embodiment constructed as described above and the wiring work at the site when it is used as a security switch or the like. First, the reed switch 4 is placed in the reed switch storage chamber 1a of the housing 1, and then the connection terminal plates 5, 5' are attached to the housing 1. When installing this, connect the connecting piece 5a
The connecting piece 5b is pressed and inserted into the deep groove 1b so that the connecting piece 5b fits in the connecting piece chamber 1c. As a result, the connecting piece 5b
contacts the terminal 4a of the reed switch 4, and when the terminal plate 5 is further pressed, the terminal 4a is press-fitted into the slit 5d, and the two are securely connected both electrically and mechanically by pressure contact. At this time, the protrusion 5
By engaging the side wall of the deep groove 1b, the terminal plate 5 is firmly engaged with the housing 1, and is prevented from falling off. Next, the guide block 2a is press-fitted into the reed switch storage chamber 1a, the bottom plate 2 is engaged with the housing 1, and the assembly is completed. When such a magnetic proximity switch is used as a security switch, screws or the like are passed through the mounting holes 1f and 2b, and the switch is fixed by screwing to a window frame or the like. Next, the wiring lead wire 6 is passed through the insertion hole 1e with the insulation coating still attached and placed on the tip of the slit 5c of the connecting piece 5a, and the pressing block 3 is placed at the V-groove 3' as shown in FIG. The lead wire 6 is pressed by the pressing convex portion 3b and press-fitted into the slit 5c by engaging it with the connecting piece chamber 1c while bending it, tightening it with pliers, etc., and tightening and pressing this pressing block against the housing. As a result, the connecting piece 5a sinks into the insulating coating of the lead wire 6, breaks it, comes into pressure contact with the core wire 6a, and the two are securely connected, completing the wiring. Note that wiring can be easily re-wired by opening the pressing block 3 and removing the lead wire 6 inserted into the slit 5c of the connecting piece 5a.

る。 As explained above, in this embodiment, the connection between the wiring lead wire 6 and the terminal plates 5, 5' is made by applying the lead wire with the insulation coating on to the tip of the slit 5c of the connecting piece 5a. This can be done simply by pressing the pressing block 3. In addition, the connection between the reed switch 4 and the terminal boards 5, 5' can be made by connecting the terminal boards 5, 5' to the housing 1.
The terminal board can be attached to the housing simply by pressing the terminal boards 5, 5' onto the housing.

In addition, it has the excellent feature that the wiring lead wire can be reliably connected by simply pressing the wiring lead wire with the insulation coating on with a pressure block, and it can be used, for example, as a security switch. When a large number of the present switches are connected in a loop and used, as in the case of the present invention, the wiring man-hour can be particularly reduced significantly, and the effect is especially remarkable.
