FIG. 1 shows the external appearance of a built-in type cooking device in which an induction heating device (electromagnetic cooker) main body 2 and its operating section 3 are built into a cooking table 1 such as a wagon. The cooking table 1 has a top plate 4 and a side plate 5...
It is formed into a substantially box shape using plate materials such as. The upper plate 4 and the front side plate 5 are each provided with openings, and these openings allow the first storage section 6 on the top surface of the cooking table 1 and the second storage section 7 on the side surface to be opened. each formed. Further, a top plate 8 is disposed on the upper surface of the induction heating device main body 2, and this top plate 8
A sash 9... is attached around the . Further, inside the induction heating device main body 2, a heating coil (not shown) and various electrical components for driving the heating coil are housed. On the other hand, the operation section 3 of this induction heating device main body 2 is
It is connected to the induction heating device main body 2 via a lead wire 10, and can be separated from the induction heating device main body 2. Further, the operating section 3 is formed by a switch box 11, an operating panel 12, operating levers 13, 13, and the like. Then, the induction heating device main body 2
is installed in the first housing part 6 of the cooking table 1, and the operating part 3 is installed in the second housing part 7, respectively. Further, the top plate 4 of the cooking table 1 has a side plate 5 on which the operation unit 3 is mounted.
An extending portion 4a is provided that extends to the front of the top plate 8 or the upper plate 4, and when water or juice is spilled on the surface of the top plate 8 or the upper plate 4, this extending portion 4a prevents water or juice from reaching the operating portion 3. It is designed to prevent juices from getting on it.

The bottom surface of the top plate 4 of the cooking table 1 is a smooth plane, so if water or juice is spilled on the surface of the top plate 8 or the top plate 4, the edge of the top plate 4 will be removed as shown in FIG. There has been a problem in that droplets falling along the edges wrap around the lower surface of the upper plate 4 due to the surface tension of the liquid. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, when the operation part 3 of the induction heating apparatus main body 2 is attached to the second accommodating part 7 formed on the side plate of the cooking table 1, the extension part 4a of the upper plate 4 There is a risk that droplets falling along the tip edge of the operating section 4a may wrap around the lower surface of the extension portion 4a and hit the operating levers 13, 13 and the operating panel 12 of the operating section 3, as well as the operating levers 13,
13, etc., into the switchbox 11, causing a malfunction of the operating section 3, or posing a danger of being shot.

The operation section on the lower surface of the top plate of the cooking table, in which the induction heating device main body is installed in a first storage section formed on the top surface, and the operation section of the induction heating device is installed in a second storage section formed on the side surface. A draining portion is provided at an extending portion extending forward from the tip of the upper plate to prevent droplets falling along the edge of the upper plate from going around to the lower surface of the upper plate. .

5 and 6 show a first embodiment of this invention. In addition, this figure 5 and 6
In the figure, the same parts as those in FIGS. 1 to 4 are given the same reference numerals, and the explanation thereof will be omitted. FIG. 5 shows a schematic configuration of the main parts of the cooking device, and 21 is a recessed portion (draining portion) for draining water provided on the lower surface of the upper plate 4 of the cooking table 1. As shown in FIG. The recess 21 is formed at an extending portion 4a on the lower surface of the upper plate 4 that extends forward from the tip of the operating portion 3. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the recess 21 extends substantially parallel to the tip edge of the upper plate 4, and is formed over the entire extended portion 4a.

When water, juice, etc. is spilled on the surface of the upper plate 4, droplets falling along the tip edge of the extending portion 4a of the upper plate 4 wrap around the lower surface of the extending portion 4a, as shown in Fig. 5. Water can also be reliably drained by the recess 21. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent liquid droplets that have wrapped around the lower surface of the extending portion 4a of the upper plate 4 from being applied to the operating levers 13, 13, etc. of the operating section 3, as in the conventional case. There are no dangers such as breakdowns or shots, and safety can be improved. Furthermore, in this case, the operating section 3 is not hidden by the drainer, and the operating section 3 can be maintained in an easily visible state.

For example, as in the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, an inclined portion (draining portion) 31 may be provided on the lower surface of the extending portion 4a of the upper plate 4 on the cooking table 1. This inclined portion 31 is lowest at the tip edge side of the extension portion 4a (the thickness dimension of the upper plate 4 is the largest), and gradually becomes higher as it goes toward the operating section 3 side (the thickness dimension of the upper plate 4 is the largest). The angle of inclination α is approximately 3° or more. Even with such a configuration, as shown in FIG. Since water can be drained, it is possible to reliably prevent droplets from going around the lower surface of the extension portion 4a.

According to this invention, droplets that fall along the edge of the top plate are deposited on the lower surface of the top plate of the cooking table, in an extending region that extends forward from the tip of the operation part of the induction heating device. A drainer is provided to prevent the liquid from going around the bottom surface, so even if liquid is spilled on the top surface of the cooking table, there is no risk of the liquid splashing onto the control unit attached to the side of the cooking table, ensuring safety.
