された第1の分岐通路及び第2の分岐通路とを有
し、前記第1の分岐通路の先端には該通路を経て
伝えられる空気圧により液面が加圧されて給液ノ
ズルから液を供給する液容器が接続され、前記第
2の分岐通路の先端には該通路を経て伝えられる
空気圧によりピストンロツドを突出させるエアシ
リンダーが接続され、前記分岐部と前記液容器と
の間を閉じ非通電時に該通路を開く電磁弁が設け
られ、前記電磁弁と前記液容器との間の前記第1
の分岐通路には分岐継手を介して電動ポンプが接
続され、前記エアーシリンダーの前記ピストンロ
ツドの突出側には該ピストンロツドの突出により
操作されて前記電磁弁に励磁信号を出し且つ前記
電動ポンプに軌道信号を出すマイクロスイツチが
設けられ、前記人力ポンプから前記分岐部に至る
いずれかの部分には前記人力式ポンプから空気圧
がかかつているときには吸気口が閉じ空気圧がか
かつてないときには該吸気口が開く吸気バルブが
