−194805号公報によって提案されている。Conventional 9 UshiJ Normally, rubber boots and rain boots have longer tubes than men's shoes, so the air inside cannot be ventilated and they tend to slip forward easily. For this reason, a groove is created from the toe of the boots to the tube opening to keep the air out. Boots that were designed so that they could easily pass through this groove to the outside were first introduced in 1972.
This is proposed by Japanese Patent No.-194805.

In Figure (b), the person's heel is pressing down on i (1), and the foot is at its deepest point inside the boot. Figure 1 (c) shows the presser plate (1) when the heel is raised.
The shoe (4) is pushed down, and the foot is now pulled out from the first shoe by the distance that the heel is raised. Figure 2 shows the second embodiment, in which one end of the gono plate (2゛) is fixed to a reinforcing plate (5) attached to the side of the shoe to prevent the tube from bending; One end is attached to the holding plate (1゛).

The rubber i (2') is stretched and the presser plate (1') is brought into close contact with the sole of the shoe. Also, when the heel rises, the rubber plate (2°) contracts and the presser slope (1'') separates from the sole of the shoe, and as a reaction, the shoe is pushed down, and the foot is pulled out of the shoe to create more space. Air can enter.

It can promote ventilation, especially in the front part of the soles of the feet, which tend to get sweaty.

It is expelled vigorously. In addition, in order to prevent the cylindrical portion from denting when the pressure is reduced, it is possible to easily secure the amount of ventilation by reinforcing the cylindrical portion to prevent it from denting.

用を利用して蒸れを防ぐためなのである。If you think of the boots as a [cylinder] and the feet as [pistons], the inside of the boots can be ventilated by the up and down movement of the feet. Even without using the push-down device of the present invention, it is possible to make boots that are a little baggy. When you wear it, you can really feel the piston action. The reason shoe stores recommend boots one size larger to customers who find their boots stuffy is to use this piston effect to prevent stuffiness.

に吸い込む空気量もわずかになってしまうからである。This strong decompression is especially effective when air is taken in and exhausted from a hole or when the air resistance in the air passage is large, as shown in Figure 4. This is because one cycle of air must be completed within 0.5 seconds, so if the suction force is weak, the amount of air sucked within 0.5 seconds will be small.

来る。As mentioned above, the foot is likened to a piston and its vertical movement is actively expanded, making it possible to draw outside air from the crowd into the inside of the boots. This is a simple idea that expands on the fact that baggy shoes are less prone to slipping than tight-fitting shoes, and in the case of Figure 1, the structure is simple with only a slope and a spring. However, it is particularly excellent in that it can obtain several times the amount of intake and exhaust compared to those with an air pump chamber in the insole or those with just holes. Moreover, it can be used regardless of the type of boots or the manufacturer. Also, although the tube part is short like safety shoes, it can also be used for shoes that tend to get stuffy due to strenuous labor. Moreover, since the structure is simple, it can be easily manufactured.
