[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in conventional soil improving machines of this type, when driving the outer pipe into the soil, the operator has to lift the machine body and release this lifting, which requires almost the entire body of the machine to be lifted. Since weight was added to the outer pipe and the tip end of the outer pipe was driven into the soil, this driving operation required a great deal of effort and took a long time. Furthermore, pulling out the outer pipe that has been driven into the soil requires a great deal of labor as the worker has to lift the machine body. Furthermore, there is a drawback in that it requires a great deal of labor to carry the soil conditioner into and out of the place where fumes are generated in the soil.

First, as shown in FIG.
is tilted and the drive wheels 41 are brought into contact with the ground. In this state, the clutch mechanism d is engaged and the transmission means c
is operated to transmit power to the driving wheels 41, and while holding the handle 30a of the stand 30 which also serves as a handle and steering the machine, the fume-type soil improvement machine is carried to the place where fume-generating is to be performed. In this case, since the drive wheels 41 are driven by the power of the engine 1, the carrying-in work can be done easily with less effort than when the soil improver is pushed manually or lifted.

After the clutch mechanism d is shut off at the place where fumes are to be produced, the grounding frame 37 is grounded and the frame B is stood upright on the soil. In this state, the fall prevention mechanism 33
The upper guide roller 313 is supported by the weight receiving part 335a of the weight receiving tool 335 provided in the main body A (see FIG. 12), and the lower end of the nozzle 13 of the outer pipe 12 is located almost above the lower end of the grounding frame 37. is held by frame B and does not fall. Also, the take-up pulley 24
The belt 35 is wound in a spiral manner, and the clutch 25 is held in a disconnected state in which the clutch pawls 242 and 251 are disengaged. In this state, when the fall prevention lever 332 is rotated against the spring 336 and the support of the guide roller 313 by the weight receiving part 335a of the weight receiving tool 335 is released, the main body A is slightly moved against the frame body B due to its own weight. As the lower end of the nozzle 13 touches the ground, the weight of the main body A acts on the outer pipe 12, and due to the sliding action with the inner pipe 8,
Receiver 12a provided at the upper end of the outer pipe 12
contacts the cam 21a, and the entire weight of the main body A is applied to the receiving body 12a of the outer pipe 12 via the cam 21a. At the same time, since the cam 21a is eccentric, the receiving body 12a is struck by the pressing force due to the rotation of the cam 21a. At this time, as described above, the entire weight of the main body A is transferred to the receiver 12 via the cam 21a.
Due to the relationship acting on the cam 21a, the striking action by the cam 21a is performed under the weight of the entire weight of the main body A, and the outer pipe 12 is efficiently driven into the soil while the main body A is lowered by this striking action.

Note that during this driving, since the clutch 25 is in the disconnected state, no driving force is transmitted from the intermediate shaft 15 to the take-up pulley 24, and the belt 35 is let out from the take-up pulley 24 with almost no resistance. While moving, the main body A descends relative to the frame B.

As described above, the outer pipe 12 is connected to the main body A.
After being driven to the required depth to reach the lower limit D of
The pedal 711 is pressed to open the operating valve 7, and the high pressure air in the air tank 5 is jetted into the soil from the blow hole 13a of the nozzle 13 provided at the tip of the outer pipe 12. The operation rod 712 rotates together with the rotation of the pedal shaft 706 due to the pressure of the pedal 711, so that the operation rod 712 rotates the loading arm 27.
2 is pressed, the cylinder shaft 275 rotates and the shifter 276
rotates, the clutch 25 moves toward the take-up pulley 24 against the spring 26, and the clutch pawls 251 and 242 engage. Therefore, the driving force of the engine 1 is transmitted to the take-up pulley 24 via the intermediate shaft 15, the reducer 22, the output shaft 23, and the clutch 25, and the belt 35 is wound around the take-up pulley 24. The main body A starts to rise relative to the frame B.

As the main body A rises, the receiving body 12a is supported by the stroke cylinder 9 via the buffer body 10, and the outer pipe 12 driven into the soil is pulled out. At this time, since the main body A is guided by the guide rollers 313 by the pillars 29, the posture when rising is controlled, and the outer pipe 12 is pulled out vertically. Also, as the belt 35 is wound around the take-up pulley 24, the diameter increases, so the main body A is slow at the beginning of its rise;
As it rises, it gradually rises faster and can be raised in a short time, and because the rising speed at the initial stage of pulling out, which requires the greatest force to pull out the outer pipe, is slow, it reduces the burden on the engine 1 and the drive power transmission system. Less is.

Then, when the outer pipe 12 is pulled out from the soil, the upper guide roller 313 pulls the weight receiving part 335a of the weight receiving device 335 from below against the spring 336 while the main body A rises above the stop position S. reach above it. Note that the pressure on the pedal 711 should be released in a timely manner after the ejection, and the operation valve 7 should be released.
Close. When the main body A rises to the lifting limit L, due to the collision between the collision body 36 and the blocking arm 274,
The clutch 25 is moved in a direction away from the take-up pulley 24 via the shifter 276, and the clutch pawl 25 is moved away from the take-up pulley 24.
1 and 242 are disengaged, and the clutch is placed in the disconnected state. As a result, driving force is no longer transmitted from the engine 1 to the take-up pulley 24, and the lifting operation is stopped. In this state, the main body A tries to fall due to gravity, but the weight receiving part 335a of the weight receiving tool 335 protrudes again due to the restoring force of the spring 336, preventing the main body A from falling, and the main body A is at the stopping position. S
is held in In this state, the clutch mechanism d can be engaged. Then, by operating the operating lever 51, the clutch mechanism d is engaged, the frame B is collapsed, and the driving wheels 41 are driven in the same manner as when carrying in the machine as described above, to carry out the fume type soil improvement machine from the place where the fume is emitted.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the blower type soil improvement machine of the present invention uses the weight of the part supported by the frame so that it can be raised and lowered, as well as the rotation of the cam using the power of the engine to move the outer pipe into the soil. I decided to type it in, so
This work can be easily and automatically done in a short time with little effort, and by the rotation of the rotating body driven by the engine, the part supported in the frame so that it can be raised and lowered can be moved against the frame. The outer pipe that has been driven into the soil is pulled out by lifting it up.
Since the outer pipe is locked at a predetermined height, this work can be done easily and safely with less effort.Furthermore, when the tip of the outer pipe is at a predetermined height, the engine power can be used to lock the outer pipe into the frame. Since the drive wheel is driven, the soil improver can be easily carried into and out of the fumarole area, and even if the clutch mechanism of the drive wheel is operated by mistake while driving the outer pipe, the soil improver will not fall over. , will not damage the outer pipe,
There is an effect.

[Scope of Claims] 1. An inner tube that has an engine, a compressor driven by the engine, and an air tank that stores air pressurized by the compressor, and that communicates with the inside of the air tank via an operating valve. The pipe is suspended from the bottom of the air tank, the outer pipe is slidably fitted to the inner pipe, and the tip of the outer pipe is driven into the soil, and the control valve is opened to allow high-pressure air in the air tank to flow through the outer pipe. In a device that ejects air into the soil from a fumarole hole provided at the tip of the air tank, the entire structure or a portion below the air tank is supported on a frame so as to be movable up and down, and a cam is installed on a camshaft through which power is transmitted from the engine. The engine is arranged opposite to the upper part of the outer pipe so that it can be supported, and through the outer pipe, the entire weight of the part that is supported so as to be able to rise and fall is applied to the frame body, and the outer pipe is struck downward by the rotation of the cam. A rotary body, to which power is transmitted via a clutch, is supported by a part that is movably supported by a frame body, and this part is raised relative to the frame body by the rotation of the rotary body, and the outer pipe is pulled out from the soil. Further, a drive wheel for running is mounted on the frame body, and a means for transmitting power from the engine to the drive wheel is installed so that the tip of the outer pipe is at a predetermined height above the soil surface. 1. A fumarole-type soil improvement machine, characterized in that it is mounted on a frame body via a clutch mechanism that can be connected only when the machine is in the position of the machine, and is made to travel by driving drive wheels.
