It is common to install a perforated board with a gap behind it, but for halls where acoustics are more important, it is better to use a perforated board with excellent acoustic properties that is more effective. Generally, for relatively small areas such as ordinary offices and rooms in homes, it is known that soft fiberboards such as rock wool and glass wool are installed. Such soft fiberboard is suitable as a sound absorbing material for all low, medium, and high sound ranges, but because it is soft, it easily loses its shape, so conventionally it was generally surrounded by a metal, plastic, or wooden frame. They either enclose it and fix it, or use adhesive around it to keep it in shape. Also, overall,
In order to prevent the surface of the soft fiberboard from deforming and to improve its appearance, the entire surface of the soft fiberboard is covered with a covering material such as a breathable fabric.

However, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the main parts of a conventional sound-absorbing board as seen from the back side, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the main parts showing the process of fixing the covering material of the conventional sound-absorbing board. First, as shown in FIG. 4, the sound absorbing material 12 is covered with a facing material 14 from the front side, the four surrounding edges are folded back to the back side, and the sound absorbing material 12 is fixed by being fastened with a U-shaped stopper 17 on the back side. At this time, as shown in FIG.

It was folded back to the back side as shown in F, so that the triangular parts 23 and 24 were overlapped as shown in FIG. 4, and fixed with a U-shaped metal fitting 17.

という不都合な欠点がある等の問題があつた。Problems to be solved by the invention However, in the case of using the above-mentioned frame, when the entire body is covered with a covering material, the sound-absorbing material part is breathable, while the frame is non-breathable. Therefore, over time, the degree of dust adhesion on the sound-absorbing material and the covering material of the frame differs, resulting in uneven dirt at the boundary between the two, and when such sound-absorbing boards are installed side by side, the appearance On top of that, it has the disadvantage of being extremely unsightly, and if the area around the sound-absorbing material is hardened with adhesive, the sound-absorbing effect of the hardened area will be lost.
The drawback was that the overall sound absorption performance of the parallel installations deteriorated. Furthermore, in any case, if the entire sound absorbing material is covered with the mounting material, overlapping parts of the mounting material 14 will occur at the upper and lower parts of the side surfaces, as shown in Fig. 4, and in this case, the overlapping parts will be triple. Therefore, when they are installed side by side on a wall, the upper and lower sides 25 and 26 of the side surfaces between adjacent sound absorbing boards protrude and join, as shown in Figure 6, which is a front view of the butt part when sound absorbing boards are installed side by side. However, since the intermediate portion 27 is lowered, there is a problem that a gap is created in this portion, which is an inconvenient disadvantage.

にある。Means and action for solving the problem In view of the problems with the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention
While ensuring the performance and durability of the sound absorbing material itself without using a frame or adhesive,
When covering a sound absorbing material with a covering material such as a fabric to give it an aesthetic appearance, the covering material covering the sound absorbing material should not overlap on the side surfaces, so that there would be no steps on the side surfaces, and the covering material should be When a large number of sound absorbing plates covered with a silica are arranged side by side, the arrangement line will not be uneven due to gaps between the sound absorbing plates, etc., and the overall arrangement can be made in a neat manner. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sound-absorbing board in which the surface of the sound-absorbing material is covered with a permeable facing material, in which slits are provided at the corners of the sound-absorbing material from the side to the back surface. The above-mentioned covering material is a sound-absorbing plate having a structure in which the folded portion toward the back surface is stuffed into the slit and fixed.

It's on. The sound absorbing material 2 is formed of a soft fiber board such as rock wool or glass wool board with an appropriate size, for example, 60 x 120 x 2 cm, and at each corner, in this case, the dimension a from the longitudinal side surface, for example, 5 to 5 cm. A slit 5 is formed at a position about 10 mm inward from the back surface and inclined from the top and bottom sides. The width of the slit 5 is approximately twice the thickness of the facing material 4, which will be described later.
It is formed with a dimension b remaining on the surface side so that the thickness is about 2/3 to 3/4 of the entire thickness.

It is preferable to impregnate and solidify a resin adhesive that does not shrink or warp. on the other hand,
The facing material 4 is preferably made of coarse woven or nonwoven fabric, paper, etc., and is preferably nonflammable.

The sound absorbing material 2 is placed on the back surface of the facing material 4 such that a is slightly outside the slit 5 of the sound absorbing material 2 and the plywood 3, and is located at a dimension c that is slightly larger than dimension b from the top surface of the sound absorbing board 2. Place it. Next, first, place the folding margin on the upper (lower) surface as shown by arrow A with the sound absorbing material 2.
The end edge of the folded part forming the notch part 6 is stuffed into the slit 5 with a suitable spatula-like object as shown by arrow B, so as to form the state shown in FIG. Thereafter, the folding margin on the right (left) side is folded back as shown by arrow C, and the edge of the notch formed in the folded part is similarly stuffed into the slit 5 as shown by arrow D to fix the corner part. As a result, not only does the facing material 4 not sag on both sides of the corner portion, but also the facing material 4 does not sag on both sides of the corner portion.
There is no difference in level on each side in a single layer state.

Since there is no difference in level, it is possible to arrange them in neatly aligned lines. Also, since no frames or adhesives are used around the sound absorbing material,
Even after a long period of time, there will be no uneven dust adhesion on the surface of the covering material, and no deterioration in sound absorption performance.

上述実施に限定されるものではない。 In the above-described embodiment, the slits 5 at each corner of the sound absorbing board 1 are formed so as to communicate with the back surface and the top and bottom surfaces, so that the slits 5 on the left and right sides, which are relatively easy to see when installed on a wall surface, are avoided. Although this was avoided, there is no problem in forming the slits 5 so as to communicate with the back surface and the left and right side surfaces, and there is no difference at all when arranging them on the ceiling surface. Of course, the slits may be formed in different directions at each corner. Furthermore, the width, length, etc. of the slits 5 can of course be formed as appropriate depending on the thickness of the facing material 4, the size of the folding width, etc. The present invention is not limited to the above implementations, as applicable.
