Claims (1)
で、かつ弁体取付部分と軸部分とを有するソケツ
トの前記弁体取付部分にフツ素ゴム製の弁体を取
りつけたニードルバルブにおいて、前記弁体の傾
斜と同一角度の傾斜を有する傾斜面を備え、かつ
少なくとも一部の表面に無機繊維を露出させた弁
体取付部分にフツ素ゴム製弁体を無機繊維と反応
し得る官能基を有する接着剤で接着して設けたこ
とを特徴とするニードルバルブ。 (2) 前記傾斜面部分は円錐体あるいは截頭円錐
体であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項によるニードルバルブ。 (3) 前記接着剤は、官能基にエポキシ基、イソ
シアネート基、イミド基の一種以上を有するエポ
キシ系接着剤、ウレタン系接着剤、イミド系接着
剤の一種以上であることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項によるニードルバ
ルブ。 (4) 前記接着剤は、官能基に水酸基、アミド基
の一種以上を有するカツプリング剤の一種以上で
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
