- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ＴＥｏｎモード共振を用いた円形導波管共
振器において、 導波管を接続するための結合用空孔を有し、側
壁にらせん状のネジ溝が形成された円筒空胴と、 上記ネジ溝に沿つて上記円筒空胴内を移動可能
に設けられた可動円筒底面とを備えたことを特徴
とする円形導波管共振器。 (2) 上記可動円筒底面は、可動プローブが挿入
される貫通孔を有するものであることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の円形導波
管共振器。
