関するものである。第１図乃至第４図は本考案に
係る縫い針用キヤツプの一例を示すものであり、
第１図は正面図、第２図は第１図の―′縦断
面図、第３図は第１図の−′矢視図であり、
第４図は第１図乃至第３図に示した縫い針用キヤ
ツプに針の頭部を嵌入した状態を示す部分縦断面
図である。第５図は本考案に係る縫い針用キヤツ
プの他の例を示すものであり、凹部３および穴４
を設けた面２から見た平面図である。第６図は本
考案に係る縫い針用キヤツプのさらに他の例を示
すものの縦断面図である。 １……本体、２……面、３……凹部、４……穴
、５……添加材、６……外枠、７……硬質材。

Claims (1)
- 縫い針の糸を通す穴側の頭部キヤツプであつて
、前記頭部キヤツプの材質がゴムであり、該ゴム
の一部に１個乃至複数個の截頭円錘形または／お
よび截頭多角錘形の凹部が設けられるとともに前
記凹部の截頭部に連通した穴が設けられ、前記穴
の径Ａが０．３mm以下、穴の深さＣが２．５mm以
上、前記凹部の解放部分の径Ｂが０．５mm以上、
深さＤが０．４mm以上に形成されてなることを特
徴とする縫い針用キヤツプ。
