Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はアンテナにおける素子配設アーム締着
機構の考案に係り、テレビアンテナの如きにおい
て素子の配設されたアームを比較的簡易な構成に
よつてマストに対し的確に緊締し、しかもその取
付状態を適宜且つ簡易に変換することのできるよ
うにしたものである。テレビアンテナの如きにお
いては垂立されたマストに対してアンテナ素子の
配設されたアームを締着することが必要であり、
このようなマストおよびアームとしては一般的に
断面円形のパイプ材が用いられていることから斯
かる断面円形材相互を交叉状として、しかも安定
且つ的確に締着することは両部材相互が単一の点
接触状態において固定することが必要であるから
相当に困難である。又このようなマストとアーム
の取付けは水平偏波を受信するに適した状態又は
垂直偏波を受信するに適した状態の如きに夫々の
場合に変換して取付けることが必要であり、更に
は具体的なアンテナ設定条件に応じてアームをマ
ストの右側又は左側の如きに変換して取付けるこ
とも必要で、これらの変換を可能にし、しかもそ
れらの何れかの取付状態においても上記のように
安定した締着関係を形成することは容易でないこ
ととなり、特に上記のような変換は屋上の如きに
設けられたマスト上で行われる高所作業となるの
で困難性が高く、組付けボルトその他の部品を落

て考案されたものであつて、その実施態様を添附
図面に示すものについて説明すると、第1図又は
第2図に示すように円形パイプであるマスト7に
対してアンテナ素子を配設するアーム8を直交状
態として組付け締着するに当り、別に第3図に示
すような断面コ字形に屈曲した取付ベース部材1
と前記第1,2図又は第4図以下に示すような押
え部材2を用い、両端部に螺条を形成し蝶螺子の
ような緊締子5を螺合させたUボルト3と、基端
部を前記アームに挿着し、同様に蝶螺子のような
緊締子5aを螺合させた緊締ボルト4を用いて締
着するものであつて、前記ベース部材1にはマス
ト7に対する接合部11,11をその開口端部上
下に形成し、前記のようにコ字状の屈曲された該
ベース部材1の下辺部は前記Uボルト3の幅より
少許狭いものとなし、しかもその上辺部(又は下
辺部)を屈曲した角部1aには十字形の挿嵌孔1
2を形成して上記した緊締ボルト4を装着するよ
うに成つている。即ちこの十字形挿嵌孔12にお
ける角部1a上に位置した延長部12a,12a
は前記緊締子5aを緊締ボルト4に取付けたまま
で装脱する部分であり、又それらの延長部12
a,12aと交叉した方向にある延長部12b,
12cは第1図又は第2図に示すように緊締ボル
ト4を位置せしめ緊締子5aで締着する部分であ
る。又このようなベース部材1の挿通孔13,1
3に上記Uボルト3を挿通し、該Uボルト3の両
端部に中間をマスト接合部20とした前記押え部
材2を挿着して緊締子5,5を取付けるが、該押
え部材2におけるUボルト3の挿通孔2a,2b

向を90゜変換されることとなり、従つてアーム8
の取付け方向が90゜変えられるから、このアーム
8の軸方向に公知のように直交させて挿着配設さ
れているアンテナ素子の方向が90゜変化せしめら
れて水平偏波受信状態又は垂直偏波受信状態を適
宜に形成することができるが、このような変更設
定は緊締ボルト4の頭部がアーム8にセツトされ
ているから第6図に示される状態から明かなよう
にマスト7にベース部材を締着したままで自在に
行うことができ、更に第4図に示すように挿嵌孔
12の延長部12a,12aに蝶螺子のような緊
締子5aの操作突部を合致させると第5図に仮想
線で示すようにアーム8(又は取付ベース部材
1)を取付ベース部材1(又はアーム8)から取

少くとも複数の部材を把持して変更設定作業する
必要がなく、従つて取落すような可能性が頗る少
く、万一取落しても粉失することがない。前記し
た水平偏波又は垂直偏波の各受信状態としてアー
ム8を締着するに当つて緊締子5aを緊締するな
らばベース部材1に対してアーム8が線接触した
状態で強く圧接されるから単一のボルト4と緊締
子5aによる緊締であつても集中的な圧接緊締が
アーム8とベース部材1との間に得られることと
なつて何れの状態においても的確な締着を得るこ
とができ、ボルト4はその基端がアーム8に取付
けられているのでベース部材1は単純なコ字状の
ものでも充分であるが、締付け時における変形を
防止するための補強構造を採用してよいことは当
