Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、ドリツプ式コーヒー抽出器具に給湯
する場合等に用いる注湯装置に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a hot water pouring device used for supplying hot water to a drip-type coffee brewing device.
一般においしいコーヒをうるためにはドリツプ
式が最適といわれるが、このドリツプ式を採用し
たコーヒ抽出器具にコーヒ粉を入れて給湯する場
合、通常の湯沸し器では注湯の際に手間取つてコ
ーヒ抽出に最適な95℃〜96℃に湯温を保つて注湯
することは極めて難かしい。本考案は、このよう
にドリツプ式コーヒー抽出器具に注湯する場合等
において、沸騰点に近い高温の湯を任意量注ぐこ
とのできる簡易な注湯装置を得ることを目的とす

10413号(実公昭58−55865号公報)の考案の改良
に係るものである。上記先の出願の考案はボトル
に浮動的に設けられた蓋を押圧することによつて
ボトルと蓋との間の隙間を閉じボトル内の蒸気圧
を高めて、蓋を貫通しているパイプより熱湯を排
出させるようにしたものである。ボトルは中に水
が入つていることが確認できるようにガラスで作
るのが望ましいが、ガラスではボトル口縁を正確
な平面に作ることが困難で、蓋を押えた場合でも
蓋とボトル口縁との隙間を完全に閉じさせること
が困難であり、湯の出方が均一な注湯器を量産す
ることが困難であつた。また注湯の際蓋を押下し
ている手に蓋とボトル口縁との隙間から洩れる蒸
気が噴射して火傷するような危険感を使用者に与
えると云う問題があつた。本考案はこれらの問題

以下本考案の一実施例を図によつて詳述する。
第1図において、1は耐熱ガラス製の湯沸しボト
ルで、台板2a上に加熱装置3を置いた支持枠2
の五徳部2bに載置されている。ボトル1は広口
口部4を有し、同口部4には蓋体5がシール5a
によつて気密的に嵌着されている。6はボトル内
の下部からボトル外へ通ずる給湯パイプで蓋体5
を貫通して同蓋体に気密的に取付けられている。
7は蓋体5の面に大きく開口した開口部で上部の
短筒縁7a内には、上部口縁に弁座8aを有し、
シリコンゴム等の耐熱性弾性体よりなる弁座口部
8が嵌着されている。9は第3図に示すように弁
座口部8上を直径方向に過ぎる断面コの字形のレ
バーで、一端が蓋体5上の給湯パイプ6の屈曲部
6a上に設けたピン10によつて蓋体5に対して
支点支持されている。11はピン10に巻付け
て、レバー10の背部内側面と屈曲部6aの上面
との間にヘヤーピン形介装したばねで、レバー9
を上方へ跳ね上げる作用をする。12は下面が部
分球面に形成された弁で、弁軸13は頚部13a
が細くて軸方向摺動自在にレバー12に嵌入さ
れ、14は弁軸13の周囲においてレバー9の背
部と弁12との間に圧縮介装したコイルばねであ
る。15はレバー9の自由端に枢着したレバー操
作杆で、第2図に示すように長尺の針金を細長く
平行に曲成したもので、下方に垂下できるように
なつており下端に指掛け部15aを有する。17
は給湯量を見るための目盛線で、18は装置全体

返して、弁座口部8よりボトル1内へ水を入れ
る。次に指掛け部15aをつまんでレバー操作杆
15を元へ戻して下へ垂下させておく。この状態
でレバー9はばね11の作用で稍々跡ね上つてお
り、弁12と弁座8aとの間には隙間がある。こ
こで燃焼装置3に点火してボトル1の底部を加熱
すると湯温が上昇して沸とうしはじめる。この場
合、蒸気は弁12と弁座8aとの間の隙間から噴
出する。こゝで指掛け部15aに指を掛けて操作
杆15を下方へ押すとレバー9が下降して弁12
が弁座8aへ圧接され、弁口が閉じられ水面19
上の蒸気圧が上昇して沸とう水が給湯パイプ6よ
り流出する。よつて、予めコーヒカツプ20上に
コーヒサーバ21を載せ、フイルタ22内にコー
ヒ粉23を入れて、コーヒ粉に前記給湯パイプ6
より湯を注げば、コーヒ抽出に最適な95〜96℃の
湯温のもとにコーヒを抽出することができる。以
上の場合、水面19の降下分を目盛線19で読取
れば、給湯の量を知ることができる。このように
して給湯が終れば、指掛け部15aを押える指を
離すと、弁12が弁座8aより浮いて水面19上
の蒸気圧が下つて給湯パイプ6からの湯の流出が
