Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ テーブルの浮上位置を検出するセンサと、こ
のセンサ信号を入力する制御回路と、制御回路出
力によつて駆動される吸引電磁石を有する磁気浮
上テーブルとを備えるテーブル装置において、前
記テーブルから出る信号線および電磁石を駆動す
る動力線を熱伝導の良い材料で被覆し、この被覆
部の一端をテーブルに密接し、他端を固定部であ
るベースに密着させたことを特徴とするテーブル
の放熱装置。 ２ 前記信号線および動力線は一連のフラツトケ
ーブルにまとめ、その少なくとも一方の面に導電
性体を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載のテーブルの放熱装置。
