Claims (1)
- シリンダ室内に摺動可能に設けた摺動体の外周
面に所定角度傾斜した複数段のストツパ段部を形
成し、かつ、摺動体の両側端面に突設したロツド
の先端に螺子部を形成した複動形位置決めシリン
ダと、上記複動形位置決めシリンダの各ロツドの
螺子部に軸方向に位置調整可能に螺合された調整
ナツトと、上記複動形位置決めシリンダのシリン
ダ筒の周壁に、該シリンダ筒と直交する方向に移
動可能に貫通保持され、かつ、上記位置決めシリ
ンダのストツパ段部と対向する内端部に、該スト
ツパ段部と離反可能に圧接する傾斜したストツパ
面を形成した押圧ロツドとからなる位置決め装置
。
