向変更装置14は水平風向変更板14aの上下面
にそれぞれ複数個適度な間隔にして直角に立上り
14b,14cを備えてあり、これらは合成樹脂
にて一体成形されている。前記立上り辺14b,
14cにはヒンジ14d,14eを設け、このヒ
ンジ14d,14eにそれぞれ左右風向変更板1

更板14f,14gで整流板を構成する。そして
