Conventionally, the jig main body is formed into a U-shaped block having two protruding arms facing each other, and a bolt body is screwed into a bolt insertion hole formed in one of the protruding arms so as to be able to move forward and backward. The object to be treated is clamped and fixed between the tip of the bolt body and the other protruding arm, and the object to be treated is immersed in a treatment solution such as an anodizing treatment solution for aluminum or aluminum alloy to perform surface treatment. Surface treatment jigs made of such materials are known.

However, conventional jigs for this type of surface treatment are usually made of metals such as titanium or aluminum, but using titanium jigs poses a cost problem, and When carrying out colored anodizing treatment, the finish near the part where the object to be treated is fixed by the titanium jig becomes poor. On the other hand, when aluminum jigs are used, the aluminum jigs are corroded by pretreatment liquids, particularly treatment liquids for alkaline degreasing, etching with caustic soda, neutralization with nitric acid, etc., resulting in considerable wear and tear.

For this reason, the part of the other protruding arm that comes into contact with the object to be processed is made separately and made of metal such as aluminum, and all other parts are made of synthetic resin, thereby reducing the wear parts of the jig. However, according to the studies of the present inventors, even if the parts other than the other protruding arm part (the jig main body) are simply made of synthetic resin, in other words, it is possible to Keeping the shape of the jig body as it is,
It was discovered that even if only the material was replaced with a synthetic resin, the strength would be weak and it could not be used in practice. That is,
As mentioned above, this type of jig clamps a large and heavy workpiece between the tip of the bolt body and the other protruding arm. The object to be processed must be tightly clamped with the body. For this reason, the jig is subjected to strong stress due to the weight of the object to be processed and stress due to the strong tightening force of the bolt body, and the jig body is weak in strength and is easily damaged. This phenomenon occurs even when a heat-resistant, high-strength resin such as polyphenylene sulfide or polyether sulfone is used as the resin, and a reinforcing material such as carbon is further kneaded and molded. According to the inventors' study, the strength of the damaged area was only about 20 to 30% of the resin's original strength.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances. The entire jig body is made of synthetic resin, and in this case, stress due to the weight of the object to be processed and stress due to the strong tightening force of the bolt body can be easily reduced. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a surface treatment jig with high strength that will not be damaged.

That is, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a jig main body having one protruding arm, a bolt body screwed into a bolt insertion hole formed in the protruding arm so as to be movable forward and backward, and the jig. A support body is detachably attached to the main body and has a distal end protruding opposite to the protruding arm part, and a workpiece is clamped and fixed between the distal end part of the bolt body and the protruding distal end part of the support body. In the surface treatment jig, the jig body is formed of synthetic resin, and at least one reinforcing hole is bored along the length of the jig body, and the jig body is perpendicular to the bolt insertion hole of the protruding arm. In this way, the reinforcing hole is bored along the length of the jig body, and the reinforcing hole is also provided perpendicular to the bolt insertion hole. By complicating the shape of the jig body, it creates an obstacle to the flow of resin during molding, and when the flow of resin is complicated, the original strength of the resin is demonstrated, and the tip of the bolt body When the workpiece is held between the two protruding arms and the other protruding arm, a very strong jig body is obtained which is strong enough to withstand the weight of the workpiece and the stress caused by tightening the bolt body.

Here, the type of resin forming the jig body 1 is not necessarily limited, but it is preferable to use a heat-resistant resin such as polyphenylene sulfide or polyether sulfone, which has extremely strong strength even at high temperatures. This makes it possible to obtain a jig with high resistance. In this case, it is also effective to disperse glass fibers, carbon fibers, boron fibers, whiskers, and other reinforcing materials in these resins.

For example, as shown in FIG.
While fixing with a nut 10, the object to be processed is placed between the protruding arm portion 2 and the protruding tip portion 8a of the support body 8,
The bolt body 4 is advanced and the object to be treated is held between the bolt body 4 and the protruding tip 8a of the support body 8, and in this state, the object to be treated is immersed in the required surface treatment liquid to be treated. However, in this case, the jig main body 1 is not easily damaged even if the object to be treated is strongly clamped, so that surface treatment can be performed by firmly clamping and fixing the object to be treated.

That is, the jig main body 1 has two reinforcing holes 13, 13 and two reinforcing through holes 14, 14, respectively, and has a very complicated shape. Therefore, when the jig main body 1 is integrally molded from synthetic resin, the flow of the resin becomes complicated, and the jig main body 1 with high strength is obtained. According to the inventors' study, if such reinforcing holes and reinforcing through holes are not formed, if a heavy workpiece is heavily tightened with a bolt body, the jig body will not be able to withstand the stress. There are constant accidents in which the resin is damaged, and when we investigated this, we found that the original strength of the resin was not achieved, but as mentioned above, forming reinforcing holes and reinforcing through holes,
Furthermore, in this case, the reinforcing hole is formed along the length direction of the jig body (the direction in which the protruding arm part and the protruding tip part of the support body face each other), and the reinforcing through hole is formed perpendicularly to the bolt insertion hole. The bolt has extremely high strength that can withstand the stress even when a heavy workpiece is tightly tightened, and the bolt can be easily moved forward and backward. Furthermore, it has been found that even when the heat-resistant resin described above is used, a jig body that exhibits its original strength can be obtained.

In this case, the reinforcing holes should be formed on one side of the jig body, and the diameter of the reinforcing holes should be 1 to 20 mm, especially 5 to 10 mm, and multiple reinforcing holes should be formed at intervals of 5 to 20 mm, especially 10 to 15 mm. It has been found that the strength can be further improved by providing more than one reinforcing hole and by setting the diameter of the reinforcing hole to 1 to 20 mm, particularly 5 to 10 mm.

To give an experimental example regarding this point, the jig body of the jig with the configuration shown in the drawing was formed from polyphenylene sulfide, and the tightening torque of the bolt body was set to 100.
As Kg/fcm [bolt body tightening → 185℃, 30 minutes →
As a result of a heat cycle test in which one cycle was room temperature, 30 minutes → -10℃, 10 minutes → room temperature, 30 minutes → bolt body untightening], no damage occurred even after 1000 cycles. However, if no reinforcing holes or reinforcing holes were formed, damage occurred immediately (after one cycle).

In the above embodiment, the protruding tip of the support body is formed to be small, but depending on the case, it may be formed to have the same size as one of the protruding arms. Further, the number of reinforcing holes is not limited to the above embodiment, and the reinforcing holes do not necessarily have to be penetrating. Further, the number of reinforcing holes is not limited, and may be one, for example.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, reinforcing holes and reinforcing through holes were formed as a means of increasing the strength of the jig body, but in addition, many gas vent holes were created in the resin molded product (jig body) during molding. Molding is also an effective means for obtaining a jig body with high strength. Further, in the above embodiments, the bolt body was made of synthetic resin, but in some cases it may be made of metal, and the support body was made of metal, but it may also be made of synthetic resin. Other configurations of the present invention can also be modified in various ways within the scope of its gist.

As explained above, the surface treatment jig of the present invention includes a jig main body having one protruding arm, and a bolt body that is screwed into a bolt insertion hole drilled in the protruding arm so as to be movable back and forth. , a support body which is detachably attached to the jig main body and whose distal end protrudes in opposition to the protruding arm part, and a support member to be treated is provided between the distal end of the bolt body and the protruding distal end of the support body. In a surface treatment jig for clamping and fixing an object, the jig body is formed of synthetic resin, at least one reinforcing hole is bored along its length, and the protruding arms are inserted with bolts. At least one reinforcing hole is drilled perpendicular to the hole, so it has extremely high strength and will not easily break due to stress due to the weight of the object to be treated or stress due to the tightening force of the bolt body. Because of this, even heavy workpieces can be firmly fixed.
The jig of the present invention can perform a good surface treatment on the object to be treated, and is suitably used as a jig for anodic oxidation treatment of aluminum or aluminum alloy.
