  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 長手方向に沿つた両側に設けられた一対の
    ガイド部、および該ガイド部間に設けられた複数
    個のスケール歯を有する固定子と、 前記スケール歯と微小間隙を隔てて前記固定子
    と対向する複数個のスライダ歯、および前記ガイ
    ド部上を移動する複数個の転動体を有する移動子
    と を具備するリニアパルスモータにおいて、 前記固定子の少なくともガイド部上面に無電解
    コバルトメツキにより、コバルトメツキ皮膜を形
    成したことを特徴とするリニアパルスモータ。 (2) 前記コバルトメツキ皮膜中に、ＳｉＣ，Ａ
    ｌ２Ｏ３，Ｂ４Ｃなどの硬質粒子を含むことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のリ
    ニアパルスモータ。
