Claims (1)
- エミツタが電源に接続されかつコレクタが２個
の直列抵抗を介して接地された第１のトランジス
タと、エミツタが第１のトランジスタのコレクタ
に接続されかつベースが前記２個の抵抗の接続点
に接続された第２のトランジスタと、ベースが抵
抗を介してまたは直接に第２のトランジスタのコ
レクタに接続されコレクタが信号経路に接続され
かつエミツタが接地されたスイツチングトランジ
スタとから成り、第１のトランジスタのベースに
制御信号を入力することによりスイツチングトラ
ンジスタをオンオフ制御することを特徴とするス
イツチング回路。
