１はパレツト、２はガイドレール、３はチエー
ン（無端部材）、９は押付装置、１０はフレーム
、１１は圧縮ばね（弾性支持手段）、１２は押下
板、１３は押下部、１４は押当部、１５はベルト
（無端部材）である。
