A conventional heat pipe type solar water heater is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a heat collecting section, in which an evaporating section 4 of a heat pipe 3 is mounted on a heat collecting plate insulating material 2, and these are closed with a transparent plate 5 such as a glass plate. Further, the water heater is installed on a roof or the like in an inclined manner, and a hot water storage tank 6 that collects heat exchange water is connected to the upper part of the heat collecting section 1. The circumferential surface of this hot water storage tank 6 is covered with a heat insulating material 7. The condensing part 8 of the heat pipe 3 is inserted into the hot water storage tank 6. Further, the condensing section 8 is inserted into a rectangular bag-shaped cover 9 made of a corrosion-resistant metal such as stainless steel. A heat conductive filler 10 is filled between the cover 9 and the condensing section 8 . Furthermore, the end of the cover 9 is connected to the heat collecting part 1 from the hot water storage tank 6.
A flange portion 12 is integrally provided which protrudes to the side and presses the packing material 11 against the hot water storage tank 6.

Thus, solar heat heats the evaporation section 4 of the heat pipe 3 via the transparent plate 5. heat pipe 3
This heat is released in the condensing section 8 and heats the heat exchange water stored in the hot water storage tank 6 via the filler 10 and the cover 9. Hot water in the hot water storage tank 6 is supplied from a hot water tap.

Incidentally, although the cover 9 protects the heat pipe 3 from corrosion and improves its durability, it becomes a thermal resistance and impairs heating efficiency. In addition, the cover 9 is a rigid body and is therefore filled with the filler 10;
It is difficult to achieve uniformity, and the heat transfer efficiency is poor.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, 20 is a heat collecting part, and a hot water storage tank 21 is connected to the upper part of this part. In the heat collecting section 20, an evaporating section 26 of a heat pipe 25 is disposed on a case 23 whose upper surface is made of a transparent material 22 such as a glass plate, with a new heat material 24 interposed therebetween. Note that there is a certain amount of gap between the transparent plate 22 and the evaporation section 26. heat pipe 25
In this case, a condensing section 27 is connected to the evaporating section 26 . The condensing part 27 protrudes from the heat collecting part 21,
It is inserted between the hot water storage tanks 21. The circumferential surface of this hot water storage tank 21 is covered with a heat insulating material 28, and a water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe (not shown) are connected thereto. Also,
As shown in FIG. 4, the condensing section 27 is covered with a rectangular bag-shaped cover 29 made of, for example, EPT mixed with fine metal powder such as aluminum powder. This metal powder mixing ratio satisfies the condition of aluminum powder weight/rubber weight ≧1.3 in terms of weight ratio, so that the original elasticity and tear strength of rubber can be maintained. This can be explained from FIG. The change characteristic Q indicates the change in thermal conductivity of rubber mixed with aluminum powder, and the thermal conductivity when a conventional stainless steel cover is filled with a heat conductive filler is
Since it is 0.62 kcal/mh°C and the intersection point P between this value and the change characteristic Q is 1.3 (aluminum powder weight/rubber weight), it is sufficient to have a ratio value of 1.3 or more. Further, a flange-shaped seal packing portion 30 is integrally provided along the periphery of the opening of the cover 29. The cover 29 constructed in this manner covers the condensing section 27 and the seal packing section 30 is fixed with a fastener 31.

However, the heat pipe 2 inside the hot water storage tank 21
The condensing portion 27 of No. 5 is sealed with a cover 29, and since this cover 29 is an integral rubber molded product, it has a good waterproof effect. In addition, since the cover 29 contains metal powder, it has heat transfer performance several times higher than that of rubber alone, and it retains the original properties (elasticity) of rubber, so it does not require fillers. It is not necessary, has good adhesion to the condensing part 27, and does not create unnecessary thermal resistance.

In addition, since the seal gasket part 30 is integrally provided on the cover 29, the number of parts can be reduced and assembly work can be facilitated.

Note that, as shown in FIG. 5, the cover 29a may be integrally provided with fins 32. If configured in this way, the hot water storage tank 21 can be connected from the condensing part 27.
The efficiency of heat transfer to the heat exchange water inside the tank is further improved.

Further, in the above embodiment, the cover 29 is made of rubber mixed with metal powder, but the cover 29 is not limited to this. A similar effect can be achieved by covering the material with rubber.
