ある。 Therefore, when a cooking pot or the like is placed as an object to be heated, if the cooking pot has a flat bottom, the contact surface of the sheathed heater 52 is the flat surface 53, so the contact area between the two is large. Therefore, the heat generated by the heater body 51 is transferred extremely efficiently.

が異なることが一層対策を難しくしている。 However, since the shape of the object to be heated is not always flat, even if the upper surface of the heater body 51 is formed uniformly flat as described above, it is not always possible to maintain a good contact state between the two. In addition, the heater body 51 is manufactured with precision so that the flat surface 53 on the top surface of the heater body 51 is flush with the surface, even though it undergoes processes with extremely high processing ratios, such as spiral processing of the sheathed heater 52, press processing of the flat surface 53, and bending of both ends. The entire annular portion is often supported by the support member 54, but as the sheathed heater 52 generates heat, the heater body 51 itself becomes extremely high temperature (600°C or higher), and the heater body 51 produced through the above process becomes hot. Due to the expansion, an abnormal deformation occurs, and as a result, the flat surface 53, which was precisely leveled in the above process, changes up and down with the support part of the support member 54 as the center in each spiral ring part.
For this reason, the contact area with the bottom of the cooking pot is reduced, and the efficiency of transmitting the generated heat is significantly reduced. What's worse is that these changes are not uniform and always appear in different ways due to the influence of time, making countermeasures even more difficult.

である。 In view of the above, this idea was made, and by providing a support member that supports the outer ring part of the heater body and has a gap between it and the inner ring part, the heat generated by the heater body can be effectively transferred to the heated object. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a support structure for a heater body that can transmit energy to the user.

In the figures, 31 is a rod-shaped sheathed heater having terminal portions 5 at both ends, and 1 is a rod-shaped sheathed heater 31 formed into a spiral shape. In addition, a heater body having a flat surface 9 press-molded on the upper surface, 6 a corner portion of the innermost ring which is bent so as to draw out the sheathed heater from the innermost ring portion 8 of the spiral ring, and 20 a belt-shaped stainless steel plate is welded. The support member for the heater body 1 is formed into a substantially square shape, and the abutting end face portion 21 between the support member and the heater body 1 is set flush with the portion supporting the outermost ring portion 7 of the heater body 1. ,
Further, it is provided so as to be inclined downward toward the innermost ring portion 8 side. Reference numeral 22 denotes the other end face portion of the support member 20 corresponding to the abutting end face portion 21, which is formed so that its entire surface is flush with the other end face portion, and is stably placed on a flat top plate (not shown) of an electric stove or the like. Ru. 23 is the end surface portion 22
10 is a heater holding fitting made of a substantially shaped stainless steel plate that loosely attaches the outermost ring portion 7 to the support member 20; 11 is a portion of the notch portion 23; , a convex portion to which the outermost ring portion 7 is welded via the support member 20; 24 is a semicircular recess corresponding to the innermost ring corner portion 6;
Reference numeral 40 denotes a holding plate that holds both ends of the sheathed heater 31, and the ends from the outermost ring part 7 and the innermost ring part 8 are welded.

る。 In the support structure for the heater body 1 configured as described above, even when the heater body 1 is in a heat generation state, the heater body 1
is supported by the outermost ring part 7, and the inner ring side has a gap between it and the supporting member 20 in the downward direction, so that deformation due to thermal expansion escapes downward, and therefore the object to be heated such as a cooking pot and the heater The state of contact with the body 1 is maintained stably, and extremely high heat transfer efficiency is maintained.

Since the heater body 1 is loosely supported at zero, deformation of the heater body 1 due to thermal expansion can be easily relieved.

熱物に伝達されるという効果がある。 Therefore, according to this invention, by providing a support member that supports the outer ring part of the heater body and has a gap between it and the inner ring part, the deformation of the heater body due to thermal expansion is absorbed into this gap. Therefore, the state of contact between the heater body and the object to be heated is maintained stably, and there is an effect that the heat generated by the heater body is efficiently transferred to the object to be heated.
