  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流体の差圧を検出する複数の差圧検出器と、上
    記複数の差圧検出器からの出力信号が入力される
    マルチプレクサと、 上記マルチプレクサにより選択された出力信号
    が入力される単一の信号処理装置とを恒温槽内に
    配設したことを特徴とする流体の差圧検出装置。
