(Prior Art) Conventionally, there has been provided a dishwasher that is equipped with a washing tank inside the main body and supplies water to the washing tank through a water supply pipe connected to a water supply device. In this type of dishwasher, in order to control the amount of water supplied in the washing tank, for example, a water level switch is provided as a water amount detection means to detect the water level in the washing tank and control the amount of water supplied. Water supply is controlled by a timer device.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the case of the above-mentioned water level switch, it is impossible to accurately detect the water level because the water level changes drastically during the washing or rinsing process. If the water level is too low, water level detection becomes difficult. In addition, in the case of a timer device, if the pressure of the water flowing inside the water supply pipe is not always constant, the amount of water supplied will increase (change).

(Function) According to the above means, a voltage proportional to the amount of water flowing in the water supply pipe is generated at the electrode of the water amount detection section, and this voltage is converted into a predetermined electric signal by the central control section, and the voltage is converted into a predetermined electric signal and used as the predetermined water supply amount data. The water 2 in the water supply device was controlled by performing comparison calculations.

The water amount detection unit 9 includes a coil 11 that is connected to an AC power supply 10 and is a magnetic field forming unit that forms an alternating magnetic field perpendicular to the water supply pipe 8, and a coil 11 that is provided in the water supply pipe 8 at a position orthogonal to this magnetic field. It is provided with a pair of electrodes 12, 12. The water amount detection section 9 detects a minute alternating current voltage generated by electromagnetic induction in proportion to the amount of water flowing in the water supply pipe 8 using electrodes 12 and 12 when a vertical magnetic field is formed. Further, the electrodes 12.12 are connected to a central control unit 13, which converts the voltage generated at the electrodes 12.12 into a predetermined electrical signal at predetermined time intervals, and stores the voltage in a memory (not shown). The water supply amount data is accumulated and stored in a predetermined area of the unit, and is compared with predetermined water supply amount data previously stored in a predetermined area. Based on the calculation result, the water supply valve is connected to the water supply device 7 connected via a signal line. It outputs a control signal instructing the open/close state.

In order to supply water into the cleaning tank 2, water can be supplied by opening the water supply valve of the water supply device 7. At this time, the water amount detection unit 9 is in an operating state, and the coil 11 forms a magnetic field perpendicular to the water supply pipe 8. A voltage proportional to the amount of water flowing in the water supply pipe 8 is generated at the electrode 12.1.
The voltage generated at 2 is converted into an electric signal at predetermined time intervals by the central control unit 13, stored in a predetermined storage unit as water amount data, and compared with predetermined water supply data. In this calculation, for example, if the water amount data accumulated and stored in the storage section is smaller than the water supply data, the central control section 13 issues a control signal to the water supply device 7 so that the water supply valve remains open. Further, when the water amount data becomes larger than the water supply data, the central control unit 13 issues a control signal to the water supply device 7 to close the water supply valve and stop the water supply into the cleaning tank 2.

According to the above embodiment, the coil 11 forms a magnetic field perpendicular to the water supply pipe 8, and the electrode 1 is provided at a position orthogonal to the magnetic field.
2. Since the water amount detection unit 9 equipped with 12 is provided, the cleaning tank 2
The amount of water supplied into the washing tank 2 can be accurately detected by the water supply pipe 8 that supplies water to the cleaning tank 2, and appropriate water can be supplied. Especially in the past,
If the water in the cleaning tank sways and the water level changes drastically or is too low, or if the water pressure in the water supply pipe is not always constant, it is not possible to supply water accurately.
According to the present invention, it is convenient because it is not affected by fluctuations in the water level in the cleaning tank or water pressure in the water supply pipe, and can always accurately detect the amount of water supplied. Moreover, it is economical and sanitary because it never occurs that more water is supplied than necessary, or that the dishwashing becomes insufficient due to insufficient water supply. Moreover, the above-mentioned small size can be easily applied to conventional products by unitizing the water level detection section, and is highly usable.
