Claims (1)
- 金属製の外筒内に、濾過材を支持する金属製の
内筒を収容し、前記外筒と内筒との間隙を通過し
たオイルを、前記濾過材により濾過するオイルフ
イルタにおいて、前記外筒と内筒とを電気的に絶
縁するとともに、前記外筒と内筒に電圧を印加し
、これ等外筒と内筒との間のオイルの誘電率を検
出する誘電率検出器を設けたことを特徴とするオ
イルフイルタ。
