    プ回路により負荷回路の動作をバツクアツプする
    とともに、 上記第１の検出回路の検出出力により上記負荷
    回路にリセツトをかけずに上記電源電圧の低下を
    知らせ、 上記第２の検出回路が停止したとき、その出力
    により上記負荷回路にリセツトをかけるようにし
    たリセツト回路。
