However, solder that is molten at high temperatures quickly re-oxidizes even if the oxide on the surface is removed.
Oxide removal using a scraper must be performed immediately before dipping the printed circuit board. Therefore, this removal work is performed in conjunction with the movement of the printed circuit boards, and is performed between the moving boards, and this interval is such that the oxide removal work can be performed.

In addition, the carrier may not engage properly and may get caught on another device while the carrier is running, destroying that device, or the carrier may fall from the transport device and damage the carrier or the printed circuit board held by the carrier. There was a fear that it would happen. Therefore, the worker must always pay close attention to the conveying device and try to properly engage the device, which is a mental pain.

る。 The present invention will be explained below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view for explaining the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof. One end of the carrier standby rail 1 is rotatably supported by a shaft, and a lower part near the other end is supported by a vertical movement device 2. The vertical movement device consists of a "dog"-shaped cam 4 and an air cylinder 5 operated by a solenoid valve V. A limit switch 3 installed in the middle of the travel path of the transport device is linked to the solenoid valve V of the air cylinder mentioned above, and operates the solenoid valve by using a change detected by the limit switch as an electric signal. The conveyance device is equipped with a pair of conveyor chains 6, 6 and a gear 7 for changing the direction of the conveyor chains, and between the pair of conveyor chains are carrier engagement shafts 8, 8...
is installed. The carrier engagement shaft engages with and places an engagement groove 10 provided at the front of the carrier 9 and a mounting portion 11 provided at the rear of the carrier 9, thereby causing the carrier to travel in the direction of arrow A. An operating pin 12 for operating the limit switch 3 is installed on the side of the engagement shaft that engages with the engagement groove of the carrier, and the operating pin sequentially pushes the limit switch 3 as the conveyor chain moves. Further, at the front upper part of the carrier standby rail 1, there is a stopper 13 for positioning the carrier. The stopper 13 positions the carrier so that the engagement groove 10 in the front part of the carrier and the engagement shaft 8 installed on the conveyor chain are vertically aligned.

る。 First, the carrier 9 holding the printed circuit board P to be soldered is placed on the carrier standby rail 1 so that the front part contacts the stopper 13. At this time, the carrier standby rail is diagonally upward, that is, the top of the cam of the vertical movement device is at the top. When the conveyor chain runs and the operating pin 12 provided on the side of the conveyor chain 6 comes into contact with the limit switch 3, an electrical signal is sent to the solenoid valve V, and the valve opens and closes to move the operating rod of the air cylinder 5 in the direction B. to lower the top of the cam 4. As the cam descends, the carrier standby rail 1
It also descends to a position where it engages with the carrier engagement groove 8 provided in the conveyor chain, as shown by the dashed line. Then, the carrier engagement shaft 8 that has risen as the conveyor chain travels engages with the engagement groove 10 provided in the front part of the carrier and drags the carrier on the carrier standby, and the next engagement shaft that has further risen. The carrying section 11 at the rear of the carrier is placed on the carrier, and the carrier begins to travel. Therefore, if there are carriers on the carrier standby rail, the carriers will always be automatically inserted at regular intervals.

Furthermore, damage to the device or carrier due to unreliable engagement of the carrier is completely eliminated.
