- 蒸気タービン起動時のタービンロータの回転数
を検出し、回転数制御目標値と当該検出回転数と
を比較し、かつ上記回転数目標値を変更する電気
回路と、上記検出回転数が規定値以下になつたと
き、警報を出す警報装置とを具備してなることを
