Claims (1)
- 油出入ポートを有するケーシングの内部に噛合
状態にある内歯歯車と外歯歯車とを設け、これら
両歯車の間には、内周面および外周面が内歯歯車
および外歯歯車の歯先に臨むシール面として形成
された高圧低圧仕切り用の三日月状クレセントを
設けてなる内接歯車ポンプにおいて、前記クレセ
ントのシール面における組立に必要な部分のみ、
歯先との間のスキマを大きくすると共に、同じく
組立時に同シール面の前記歯車の歯の谷部に対抗
する部分の少なくとも一箇所に凸部を設け、歯車
の回転に伴つて歯先で前記凸部を切削するように
したことを特徴とする内接歯車ポンプ。
