This is corrected by painting the metal to cover the exposed metal.

The can body may shrink and deform due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the can.In order to prevent these deformations and prepare a margin for deformation, the can IS1 is plastically shaped into a corrugated shape. Gold processing is sometimes performed to form a bead all around the circumference.

Mechanical detection of the rear id seam becomes difficult,
Therefore, the position of the lead seam is not determined, and it is impossible with the current design to correct only one lead seam. It is possible to correct the inner surface of the iron by spraying paint not only on the 1-noid shim part, but it is disadvantageous in terms of loss. Also, on the outer surface of the can, the paint has already been printed on the iron cylinder. Even that is impossible because of the

In this state, at least the inside of the side seam is corrected, and then the entire circumference bead is processed, so the lead seam will not be affected by the full circumference bead processing, which will be performed later. The applied correction coating V1 will not be old and a good bead can can be obtained. Correction of the side seam part is carried out with only the pre-bead processed before the full circumference bead is added, so it is easy to determine the position of the side seam, and it is possible to correct the side seam accurately. Can be done.
