Claims (1)
- 支持軸によりその支持軸の軸線のまわりに回転
自在にかつその支持軸の軸線方向に摺動自在に支
持される対物レンズ保持体と、対物レンズ保持体
の前記支持軸の軸線から離間する位置に光軸がそ
の支持軸の軸線にほぼ平行になるように保持され
る対物レンズとを備える対物レンズ駆動装置にお
いて、前記対物レンズ保持体の周部に巻回された
フオーカスコイル又は、フオーカスコイルとトラ
ツキングコイルを電磁気学的に駆動する磁気回路
の磁気間隙中に前記対物レンズ保持体が介在しな
いようにしたことを特徴とする対物レンズ駆動装
置。
