ンテナ基台4の回動を規制している。 An example of a conventional antenna mounting device as described above will be explained with reference to FIG. This antenna mounting device is used to mount an antenna device 1 to a cabinet 2 of a television or radio set. That is, in the antenna device 1, the base of the antenna body 3 is attached to an antenna base 4 made of integrally molded synthetic resin, and the antenna body 3 protrudes upwardly from the base 4 and is rotatable in the vertical direction. A columnar shaft portion 5 is integrally formed below the base 4, a locking portion 6 is formed at the tip of the shaft portion 5 via a small diameter portion 7, and a slit 8 is formed along the axial direction of the shaft portion 5. This allows the locking portion 6 to elastically contract in diameter. The cabinet 2 is made of a synthetic resin molded product, and has a lower end surface of a side wall 11 of a mounting hole 10 that opens on the top surface of the antenna mounting base 9, and a bottom 1 of a notch that opens on one side of the cabinet 2.
A gap is formed between the two. Then, the columnar shaft portion 5 is fitted into the mounting hole 10 by reducing the diameter of the locking portion 6 against the elastic force, and the locking portion 6 whose diameter has been restored by protruding from the lower end of the mounting hole 10 is inserted into the mounting hole 10. The antenna device 1 is secured to the lower end surface of the side wall 11 of the antenna device 1, and the upper end peripheral portion 14 of the mounting hole 10 is held between the locking portion 6 and the step 13 at the base end of the columnar shaft portion 5 of the antenna base 4. Install it on cabinet 2. In addition, the antenna device 1 is used by rotating the antenna base 4 around the axis of the columnar shaft portion 5 so that the antenna body 3 faces a predetermined direction, and when not needed, the columnar shaft portion 5 of the antenna base 2 is attached. It is designed to be removed by pulling it out from the hole 10. Note that the rotation stopper 15 protruding from the step 13 of the antenna base 4 is connected to the upper end peripheral portion 14 of the mounting hole 10.
It comes into contact with a stopper 16 provided above to restrict rotation of the antenna base 4 over 360 degrees.

トも割高となるという問題があつた。 However, with this antenna mounting device, it is difficult to optimize the rotational friction force between the columnar shaft and the side wall of the mounting hole due to dimensional errors and unevenness of the antenna base, the side wall of the mounting hole of the cabinet, etc., and it is difficult to use repeatedly. As a result, the contact portion between the columnar shaft portion and the side wall of the mounting hole wears out, but the cabinet is large in size and cannot be replaced even if it wears out. Therefore, it is possible to use molded products made of high-grade synthetic resin to reduce dimensional errors and wear, but in this case, not only would the material cost be high, but the shape of the mounting base of the cabinet would be complicated and difficult to mold. Therefore, there was a problem that the molding cost was relatively high.

置を提供することを目的としている。 The present invention attempts to solve the above-mentioned problem by interposing a bearing sleeve between the side wall of the mounting hole of a large mounted member such as a cabinet and the columnar shaft of the antenna base. , the rotational friction force is appropriate, and the friction of the contact part can be dealt with, and the shape of the area around the mounting hole of the cabinet can be easily changed by making the mounting hole bottomed using a bearing sleeve. It is an object of the present invention to provide an antenna mounting device that is inexpensive and has a good appearance.

And the rotation stopper 35 of the bearing tube 23 is connected to the cabinet 2.
The bearing sleeve 23 is stopped from rotating by being engaged with the rotation stopper groove 33 of No. 2, and the protruding piece 43 of the bearing sleeve 23 is engaged with the upper wall of the window hole 32 of the cabinet 22 to prevent the bearing sleeve 23 from coming off. Since the bearing tube 23 is interposed between the columnar shaft section 24 of the first columnar shaft section 1 and the antenna device 21 is rotated by using the bearing tube 23 and the columnar shaft section 24 as a contact part,
Even if the bearing tube 23 is small and made of a high-quality material and the cabinet side is made of a low-cost material, it is cheaper than the case where the entire cabinet is made of a high-grade material. 30, the shape of the mounting base 27 of the cabinet 22 can be simplified, and therefore the mounting base 27 of the cabinet 22 can be
2 can be made inexpensive. Furthermore, although it is difficult to make the entire cabinet 22 highly accurate, it is relatively easy to make the bearing sleeve 23 highly accurate, and the rotational friction holding piece 41 of the bearing sleeve 23 is used to hold the antenna device 21. Since there is some margin in the radial direction between the holding piece 41 for rotational friction and the side wall 29 of the mounting hole 28, there is no influence on the cabinet 22. The rotational friction force between the bearing sleeve 23 and the columnar shaft portion 24 can be made appropriate without causing
Moreover, these stable contacts can be obtained over a long period of time, and the antenna device 21 can be rotated smoothly.
Furthermore, the bearing sleeve 23 cannot be pulled out unless the protruding piece 43 of the bearing sleeve 23 is pushed toward the center through the notch 31 of the cabinet 22 to disengage it from the upper wall of the window hole 32. As described above, by disengaging the protruding piece 43 from the upper wall of the window hole 32, holding the antenna base 4 and pulling it upward, the antenna device 21 can be pulled out together with the bearing sleeve 23, and the cabinet 22 can be pulled out. By removing the columnar shaft portion 24 and the bearing sleeve 23 outside, it is possible to replace the bearing sleeve 23 if it becomes worn out due to long-term use. Even in this removed state, the bottom 30 remains in the mounting hole 28. Because of this, unlike the case where the mounting hole is a through hole, it not only looks good but also prevents dust from entering the cabinet 22.

Since the projecting piece is removably engaged with the window hole formed in the peripheral wall of the mounting hole of the mounted member, the bearing sleeve can be reliably prevented from coming off during use, and the columnar shape of the antenna base can be attached to the bearing sleeve. Since the shaft part is rotatably press-fitted, it is inexpensive, and in addition to the fact that the columnar shaft part is resiliently supported by the rotational friction holding piece of the bearing sleeve, the bearing sleeve and the columnar shaft are By optimizing the rotational frictional force between the antenna and the parts, it is possible to easily obtain stable and smooth rotation of the antenna device.Furthermore, it is possible to replace only the bearing sleeve, and since the mounting hole is bottomed, the antenna device can be easily rotated. It looks good when removed, and the shape of the member to be attached is simple, but unlike the case where the attachment hole is a through hole, it has the effect of preventing dust from entering inside.
