Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は温風暖房機において、長年使用しても
ほこりづまりをおこさない温風吹出口を提供する
ことを目的とするものである。
従来、温風暖房機にあつては、温風吹出口に、
第１図Ａ，Ｂのようなルーバー１と金網２とから
なる、ルーバーユニツトを設け、これにより風向
を適宜なものにすると同時に、器具外部より異物
の混入を防ぐ効果をあげていた。
しかしながら、このタイプの温風吹出口では、
温風暖房機を長期間使用した場合、金網の交点部
より、ほこりがつまりはじめ、特に第２図に示す
ような開放燃焼式温風暖房機にあつては、温風吹
出口のほこりづまりにより、器具が閉塞状態にな
り、燃焼不良をおこしたり、温風温度が上昇する
といつた問題があつた。したがつて、定期的な掃
除が必要であり、使い勝手が著しく悪かつた。
第２図において、６は吸込口、７は対流フア
ン、８は温風吹出口、９は燃焼筒である。
本発明は上記欠点を改良したものであり、以下
本発明の一実施例を図面を用いて説明する。
第３図Ａ，Ｂに示すように風向を適宜にする吹
出ルーバー３と、これに対向して設けられた縦棒
４と、この縦棒４の近傍に適当な間隔ｄをもつて
設けられた横棒５とからなる。
これにより、温風吹出口前面よりの投影に対し
ては、従来例と同じような形となり、手や紙の異
物の混入を防ぐことができる。また、実際には、
温風の通路には、互いに密着した交点が一つもな
いため、この部分にはほこりは全くつかない。こ
のため、第４図に示すように、燃焼不良をおこす
おそれは全くないものである。
このように、本発明では縦棒と横棒とを離して
設けたので、従来の開放燃焼式温風暖房機の欠点
であつたほこりづまりによる燃焼不良、温風温度
の上昇という問題を解決するとともに、安全で使
い勝手のよい温風暖房機を提供できるものであ
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 温風吹出口に風向ルーバーと対向してこの風
    向ルーバーに交わるように複数の縦棒を設け、こ
    の縦棒と間隔をおいて、この縦棒に交わるように
    複数の横棒を設けた温風暖房機。
