第１図は本考案による巻取機の制御装置の一実
施例を示す構成図、第２図は従来例の構成図であ
る。 図面中、１は材料、２はリコイラー（巻取機）
、３はモータ、４はタツチロール、５はライン速
度検出器、６はライン速度設定器、７は速度制御
器、８は電源、１１は比較器、１２はメモリ、１
３は論理回路、１４は発振器、１５はダウンカウ
ンタ、１６はデジタル・アナログ変換器、１７は
乗算器（演算装置）、１８はモータ速度検出器で
ある。

度検出器、６はライン速度設定器、７は速度制御
器、８は電源、１１は比較器、１２はメモリ、１

乗算器（演算装置）、１８はモータ速度検出器で
ある。
Claims (1)
- 巻取機に巻取られる材料のライン速度を検出す
るライン速度検出器と、ライン速度の指令値を設
定するライン速度設定器と、ライン速度検出器か
らの検出信号とライン速度設定器からの指令信号
とを比較し、ライン速度の検出値が指令値よりも
大きいことを表わす信号を出力する比較器と、巻
取機の回転駆動用モータの速度指令値をライン速
度設定器からの指令信号と変換係数との演算によ
り算出する演算装置と、前記変換係数を記憶し、
前記比較器の出力信号を入力することにより記憶
内容を従前よりも遅いモータ速度指令値を定める
変換係数に更新するメモリと、前記モータの速度
を検出するモータ速度検出器と、このモータ速度
検出器からの検出信号と前記演算装置からのモー
タ速度の指令信号とに基づき、モータの電源を制
御してモータ速度の検出値を指令値に一致させる
速度制御器とを具備する巻取機の制御装置。
