ずらして円柱状部材若しくは円筒状部材に形成し
た孔と、一方の孔に収納されバネにより前記凹部
に向かうバネ力を付与されるとともに回転方向に
関する凹部の一方の肩部に当接する鋼球と、他方
の孔に収納されバネにより前記凹部に向かうバネ
力を付与されるとともに回転方向に関する凹部の
他方の肩部に当接する鋼球とを有することを特徴
