冷熱により凝縮、液化せしめ、液化した媒体をポ
ンプで昇圧した後媒体蒸発器で蒸発せしめ高圧の
媒体ガスを製造し、これを膨張タービンに通ずる
ことにより、LNGの冷熱を動力エネルギーに変
換し発電を行なわせると共に、低圧ガス状媒体を
再びLNGの冷熱により液化せしめて循環させる
