第１図は本考案の一実施例における画像の拡大
・縮小装置のブロツク図、第２図は本考案に係る
拡大・縮小装置により画像を縮小する場合の説明
図、第３図は第４図に示す原画像を本考案に係る
拡大・縮小装置により縮小した場合に得られる画
像の説明図、第４図は４×４画素で構成され、且
つ各画素が４×４ドツトマトリツクスにより階調
表現された画像の説明図、第５図は従来の方法に
より縮小する場合の説明図である。
・縮小装置のブロツク図、第２図は本考案に係る
拡大・縮小装置により画像を縮小する場合の説明
図、第３図は第４図に示す原画像を本考案に係る
拡大・縮小装置により縮小した場合に得られる画
像の説明図、第４図は４×４画素で構成され、且
つ各画素が４×４ドツトマトリツクスにより階調
表現された画像の説明図、第５図は従来の方法に
より縮小する場合の説明図である。
Claims (1)
- 各画素が複数のドツトから構成される面積階調
法により階調表現された画像に対し、所定のドツ
トの重複或いは間引き処理を行なうことにより画
像の拡大・縮小を行う装置において、倍率に応じ
て前記画像を領域単位に分割する手段と、前記倍
率に応じて重複或いは間引き処理されるドツト位
置が前記領域単位内の各画素及び該画素を構成す
るドツトの閾値に対して略均等となるように蓄積
された操作ドツト位置蓄積部と、該操作ドツト位
置蓄積部の出力により指示されるドツトに対して
重複或いは間引き処理を行うドツト演算部とを設
けたことを特徴とする画像の拡大・縮小装置。
