Claims (1)
- 超電導コイルを収納した下部よりも、より大き
な径の液体ヘリウム貯液部を、超電導コイルより
も上部に有した極低温容器において、上記液体ヘ
リウム貯液部の上、下板又は下板に鏡板を使用し
たことを特徴とする極低温容器。
