Claims (1)
- シリンダ本体と、該シリンダ本体内に摺動自在
に嵌装されかつ動作させようとする被駆動系にピ
ストンロツドを介して連結された第１のピストン
と、前記シリンダ本体内に摺動自在に嵌装されか
つ前記第１のピストンと同一径に形成されるとと
もに、該第１のピストンに当接して同第１のピス
トンの後退位置を、シリンダ本体の端部と中間部
とのいずれかに択一的に定める第２のピストンと
、該第２のピストンをシリンダ本体の中間所定位
置に、流体が供給されて後退する前記第１のピス
トンの移動力よりも強い力で保持固定する第２の
ピストン固定手段とを備えてなることを特徴とす
る３位置停止用流体圧シリンダ。
