を支軸１先端の外周に形成した固定ギヤー１２に
係合すると共に、各遊星回転ギアー１１の前面に
突設した水平軸１３に、外周が電線Ａに圧接する
螺旋刃１５である成型体１４を固着し、該成型体
１４の前面に、前記回転体５と固着し且つ水平軸
１３先端を挿通した保持板１６を設けたことを特
