This invention relates to the construction of exterior materials and mortar wall materials by suppressing unevenness, and particularly to waterproof sheets that are useful for waterproofing and preventing cracks in mortar walls.

改善策が殆ど採られていなかつた。 Generally, the waterproof foundation for mortar walls and roofs is formed using lath wood, which is 1m wide and 21m long on the roof board.
Two skilled workers unwrap a roll of tarpaulin weighing 17 kg, cover the base horizontally starting from the bottom edge of the wall or roof, and cut the tarpaulin at the edge of the wall. Then, the process is carried out by returning to the original position and sequentially applying the work to a predetermined base while overlapping a part of the width of the lower end above this position. Therefore, two skilled workers are required for construction, and it is extremely dangerous and inefficient to carry heavy rolls on walls and roofs. In addition, for the base of mortar walls, it is effective to prevent cracks if the base is made of the same material.
The areas where cracks are most likely to occur are the overlapping parts of the lath material, the overlapping parts of the waterproof sheet, and the edges of the base. Of course, the polymerized portion is the greatest weakness in terms of waterproofness, and few measures have been taken to improve this.

するものである。 In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention involves cutting a tarpaulin sheet into a size that can be easily carried by one person, making it into a so-called unit, and adding a plurality of linear protrusions on at least one side of the tarpaulin sheet at a predetermined pitch. By compressing and deforming the linear protrusions in the overlapping part of the waterproof sheet to lower the height, the difference in level at the overlapping part can be reduced, and the linear protrusions can improve the relationship between the waterproof sheet and the mortar wall. We propose a waterproof sheet that has good adhesion and prevents cracking and peeling.

ことができる。 An embodiment of the waterproof sheet according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the above-mentioned waterproof sheet, in which 1 is a waterproof sheet made of asphalt felt or aphalt roofing material, on one side of which a large number of parallel linear protrusions 2 are arranged at appropriate pitches, The outer shape is formed into a square or rectangular quadrilateral shape. To explain further, the size of the waterproof sheet 1 is approximately 1 meter square or rectangular in consideration of portability and workability. In addition, the linear protrusion 2 has a width W = 1 to 5 mm, a height h = 1.5 to 5 mm,
The pitch P is 5 to 20 mm, and the sheets are arranged continuously and parallel to each other between two opposite side edges of the waterproof sheet 1. Among these linear protrusions 2, the linear protrusions 2 in the range of width S from the side edge of the waterproof sheet 1, that is, in the overlapping part 3 which is the lower part of the overlapped part when laying the waterproof sheet 1, are the second As shown in Figures a and b, it is compressed and deformed to lower the height t (approximately 1 to 2 mm), and when the waterproof sheets 1 are overlapped, the difference in height between the overlapped part and other parts is reduced. . Note that the width S of the overlapping portion 3 is approximately 10 mm or more. To explain further, when the linear protrusions 2 are used as a base for a mortar wall, the contact area between the waterproof sheet 1 and the mortar is increased to improve adhesion, and the linear protrusions 3 are buried in the mortar and the mortar This can prevent cracking and peeling of the mortar wall. Further, since the overlapping portions 3 are formed by compressing and deforming the linear protrusions 2, they can be formed continuously and easily using a roll or the like when manufacturing the waterproof sheet 1.

め、防水性が大幅に向上する。 Next, a construction example will be briefly explained. FIG. 3 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a part of the waterproof base formed on the exterior wall, in which staples (not shown) are attached to the overlapping part of the waterproof sheet 1 on the shedding board A. 3 in the girder direction, start from the end closest to the foundation (not shown). Next, the lower end of the waterproof sheet 1-1 is laminated on the overlapping portion 3 and fixed with staples.
Therefore, in order to form the entire wall base, the above-mentioned steps are carried out sequentially in the upper, lower, left and right directions. When formed in this way, the upper and lower waterproof sheets 1 and 1-1 are brought into close contact at the overlapping portion 3, and are fused by heat conducted through the outer wall material (mortar) and roof material, so that they are integrally formed. become Therefore, waterproofness is greatly improved.

特徴がある。 As described above, the waterproof sheet according to the present invention has the feature that a single worker can easily and safely form a waterproof base without requiring any skill. In addition, the difference in height between the part where the waterproof sheet is polymerized and the other parts is small, and the striated protrusions can suppress cracks in mortar walls and the like. In addition, after placing the waterproof sheet as a base, the overlapping parts at the overlapping part are in close contact and thermal fusion occurs.
Because it is integrated, waterproofness can be significantly enhanced. Furthermore, since the deformation at the overlapping portion only compresses the linear protrusions, it is easy to manufacture a waterproof sheet.
