- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸心部に絶縁管２１を挿着し、導波管１０の管
壁に垂直に設けたねじ孔１５に螺合して、先端が
導波路に突出する如くに装着された調整ねじ２０
と、 該調整ねじ２０とは反対側の管壁側にマウント
されたピル型ダイオード１と、 該絶縁管２１の軸心孔を遊貫し、該調整ねじ２
０のねじ頭部２０Ａに収容したばね手段により、
該調整ねじ２０とは反対側の管壁方向に押圧され
、先端面が該ピル型ダイオード１の電極に密着接
続された導体ポスト６とを、備えたことを特徴と
するダイオード装着の導波管回路の調整構造。
