- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スイツチング素子とダイオードとを直列に接続
した回路を４回路備え、 第１と第２の回路を直列に接続した回路と第３
と第４の回路を直列に接続した回路とが並列に接
続され、 第１と第２の回路の接続点と第３と第４の回路
の接続点間にコンデンサが接続され、 各スイツチング素子のオン、オフのタイミング
を、各スイツチング素子のオフ時に該スイツチン
グ素子に並列にコンデンサが接続されるよう変化
させるようにしたことを特徴とするスイツチング
レギユレータのスイツチング回路。
