- 変圧器の１次巻線に接続された電界効果トラン
ジスタと、該電界効果トランジスタのドレイン電
圧に基づいて電界効果トランジスタのＯＮ／ＯＦ
Ｆ状態を保持する状態保持手段と、電界効果トラ
ンジスタを流れる電流による電圧降下を出力電圧
と比較し電界効果トランジスタのＯＮ時間を制御
するＯＮ時間制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴と
するスイツチング・レギユレータ。
